として静電容量センサをスライダー先端に装着し
、該スライダーに装着した駆動機構と、該スライ
ダーに装着したスライダー位置測定器と、前記セ
ンサからの信号によつて前記駆動機構の動きを停
止する機能と、前記センサからの信号によつて前
記スライダー位置測定器からの計測信号を読み込
む機能とを含むことを特徴とする非接触寸法測定
器。 2 前記スライダーの駆動機構に電動機を用いた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非接触寸法測定
器。 3 前記スライダーの駆動機構にエアシリンダを
用いたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非接触寸
法測定器。 4 前記スライダー位置測定器にロータリエンコ
ーダを用いたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非
接触寸法測定器。 5 前記スライダー位置測定器にリニアスケール
を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非接触
寸法測定器。
