≪Problems to be solved by the invention≫ By the way, in the former method, the markings in the form of patterns or letters are sewn around the marks regardless of their size, so it takes time and effort to use multiple patterns or letters such as people's names. In addition, it is extremely inefficient and has problems in terms of aesthetics and texture, as it takes time and there are individual differences in the sewing technique. The hot melt resin film is melted by heat and pressure and adhered to the shirt, etc., but since the hot melt resin melts and flows into the mark fabric material,
There were drawbacks such as hardening of the mark fabric material, impairing its elasticity and significantly inhibiting its feel.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15, a temporary adhesive layer 21 is applied to the release fabric 20 using a heat reversal type flocked transfer fabric, and short fibers 22 are densely flocked to the temporary adhesive layer 2 to form a flocked layer 23. In addition, a pattern adhesive 24 in the form of a pattern is provided on the top coat layer 23 using a strong adhesive, and a hot melt resin layer 25 in the form of a pattern is further fixed on the pattern adhesive layer 24. Since the patterned adhesive layer 24 and the patterned hot melt resin layer 25 are provided and cannot be cut out with scissors or the like, the user cannot freely select the shape and color of the mark, and it is difficult to transfer the desired shape of the mark. It is not possible. In addition, the hot melt resin layer 25 is slippery, and if a transfer device such as an iron is applied from above and pressed during transfer, the hot melt resin layer 25 is misaligned with the fabric surface of the T-shirt or the like to be adhered, making it impossible to transfer to the desired correct position. The first thing is the design
If an attempt is made to transfer them side by side onto the transfer target cloth 27 as shown in FIG. 6, the transfer marks 26, 26 will have uneven transfer positions on the left and right, which is not aesthetically pleasing.
For this reason, work efficiency is extremely poor, as the pressing force of a transfer device such as an iron must be applied from directly above so as to be uniform. Furthermore, in the case shown in Fig. 15, excess powder or pellet hot melt adhesive is removed because the powder or pellet hot melt adhesive is sprayed on flocked areas other than the required pattern during the processing process. If this was neglected, unnecessary patterns other than the design pattern would be transferred.

The release material 1 is made of high-quality paper, nonwoven paper, cloth, etc., and is made of a strong material that does not cause aging, discoloration, or other physical property deterioration due to the temperature and pressure of heat and pressure during transfer. The adhesive of the temporary adhesive layer 2 provided on the entire surface of the base fabric 1 is weaker than the adhesive force of the strong adhesive layer 6, and the short fibers densely planted when peeling the release base fabric 1 after heat and pressure for transfer. It is an adhesive that does not remain on the surface of 3. This is because the adhesive of the strong adhesive layer 6 has good releasability of the release material 1.
It is used by mixing parapine and other substances to adjust the adhesive strength.

In addition, conventionally, during the processing process, excess powder or pellet hot melt adhesive must be removed and cleaned because the powder or pellet hot melt adhesive is spread over flocked areas other than the required pattern. However, the spider web-like hot melt resin film 7 is adhered to the adhesive layer 6, and when forming the spider web-like hot melt resin layer 9, there is no need to perform complicated means as in the conventional process, making it a simple process. A nest-like hot melt resin layer 9 is formed. In addition, the spider web shaped hot melt resin film 7 can allow air to escape when it is bonded to the adhesive layer 6, so that residual air will not cause poor adhesion of the spider web shaped hot melt resin film 7 to the adhesive layer 6. . Further, the spider web-shaped hot melt resin layer 9 maintains its air permeability even after being adhered to the transfer target member 11, has flexibility, and maintains the texture of the pattern 17 well.
