Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 通気可能なコンベア１と、該コンベア１の
搬送面イに向けて浮上する蒸気を供給可能な蒸気
供給手段２と、コンベア１の搬送面側で且つコン
ベア１の左右両端部上に上下方向に適宜の高さを
有する案内板３，４とを備えた蒸煮装置５を左右
両側板６，７及び天板８とで囲み、該側板６，７
の一方又は両方に開口部９を設けると共に側板の
外面にこの開口部９を閉塞可能な覆板１０を着脱
可能に設け、該覆板１０は前記案内板と一体構成
してなる連続蒸煮装置。 (2) 通気可能なコンベア１と、該コンベア１の
搬送側イに向けて浮上する蒸気を供給可能な蒸気
供給手段２と、コンベア１の搬送側イで且つコン
ベア１の左右両端部上に上下方向に適宜の高さを
有する案内板３，４及び回転時に先端が搬送側の
コンベア１に近接する撹拌体１１とを備えた蒸煮
装置５を左右両側板６，７及び着脱可能に設けた
天板８とで囲み、該天板８は取付板１２を介して
前記撹拌体１１と一体構成してなる連続蒸煮装置
。
