検出するセンシングイルが挿入されたコアと、前
記アモルフアスをその一壁面とする圧力室及び該
圧力室に流体を導入する導入穴が形成されたケー
シングとより成る圧力センサにおいて、 前記アモルフアスの少なくとも一方の面は、複
数の孔を有する補強板で支持されたことを特徴と
する圧力センサ。 (2) 前記アモルフアスは、前記補強板の外周部
においてのみ、該補強板に固定されたことを特徴
