Claims (1)
- ヒステリシス特性を有するコンパレータと、こ
のコンパレータの第１の入力端子に基準電圧を供
給する基準電圧供給回路と、コンパレータの第２
の入力端子に検出電圧を供給する検出電圧供給回
路とを備えたコンパレータ装置において、上記コ
ンパレータのいずれか一方の入力端子に接続され
たダイオードと、このダイオードを介してコンパ
レータの上記一方の入力端子にパルスを送るパル
ス発生手段とを備えたことを特徴とするコンパレ
ータ装置。
