Description
本発明は毛髪に対して「櫛通り性」「なめらか
さ」及び「しつとり感」を付与する上で優れた効
果を有する毛髪化粧料に関する。
通常、毛髪はヘアクリームやヘアオイル等の動
植物油及び毛髪自身から分泌される皮脂等に覆わ
れているが、石ケンや合成洗剤等で洗髪するとそ
れらの油脂成分は必要以上に除去されてしまう。
そのため、洗髪後の毛髪はなめらかさが失なわ
れ、パサパサした硬い感触となり、櫛通りが悪く
なつて裂毛や枝毛が生じ易くなつてしまう。
このような不都合を解消するため洗髪後の毛髪
処理剤として各種の毛髪化粧料が開発され、使用
されている。これら毛髪化粧料はジアルキルジメ
チルアンモニウムクロライドやアルキルトリメチ
ルアンモニウムクロライドに代表される第4級ア
ンモニウム塩を主要有効成分とするものである。
このようなアンモニウム塩には、水難溶性のも
のと水易溶性のものとがあり、従つて、それに対
応して毛髪化粧料には「すすぐタイプ」のもの
と、「すすがないタイプ」のものとがあつてそれ
ぞれの使用形態を異ならしめている。洗髪後等の
毛髪のキシミやもつれを防ぎ、乾いた状態の仕上
り感をよくするためには、上記アンモニウム塩が
毛髪に吸着されていなければならない。しかし、
従来の毛髪化粧料は、どの使用形態によつても、
上記アンモニウム塩の離脱性や吸着性に問題があ
り、満足すべきものとは言えなかつた。また、従
来、繊維柔軟剤等の各種繊維処理剤が知られてい
るが、繊維特に動物性繊維は、その化学的構造に
おいて毛髪と類似であるが、物理的構造において
毛髪とは全く異なつているため、そのような繊維
処理剤の毛髪への適用は困難である。
さらに、最近の天然系志向の中でより安全性の
高いものを求める風潮が強くなつてきている。
この発明の目的は、毛髪に「櫛通り性」「なめ
らかさ」及び「しつとり感」を付与する上で優れ
た効果を有する毛髪化粧料を提供することであ
る。
この目的は、0.1ないし10重量%のモノN−長
鎖アシル塩基性アミノ酸低級アルキルエステル塩
と0.1ないし10重量%の天然油分又はアミノ酸と
を含有することを特徴とする毛髪化粧料を提供す
ることによつて達成される。
以下、本発明の毛髪化粧料について更に詳細に
説明する。
本発明の毛髪化粧料の第1の必須成分であるモ
ノN−長鎖アシル塩基性アミノ酸の低級アルキル
エステル塩は、オルニチン、リジン、アルギニン
などの塩基性アミノ酸を原料にして、例えば特公
昭42−11926号又は特公昭43−9529号に記載の方
法によつて容易に製造することができる。
また、モノN−長鎖アシル塩基性アミノ酸低級
アルキルエステル塩の塩基性アミノ酸成分として
はオルニチン、リジン、アルギニン等の天然のも
のの他、α,γ−ジアミノ酪酸のような合成アミ
ノ酸も用いることができる。これらは光学性体で
あつてもラセミ体であつてもよい。
モノN−長鎖アシル塩基性アミノ酸低級アルキ
ルエステル塩のアシル基は、炭素数8ないし22の
飽和又は不飽和の天然又は合成脂肪酸残基であ
り、例えばラウロイル基、ミリストイル基、パル
ミトイル基、ステアロイル基などの単一脂肪酸残
基の他、ヤシ油脂肪酸残基、牛脂脂肪酸残基など
の天然系の混合脂肪酸残基であつてもよい。
モノN−長鎖アシル塩基性アミノ三低級アルキ
ルエステル塩の低級アルキルエステル成分として
は、メチルエステル、エチルエステル、プロピル
エステル、ブチルエステル、ペンチルエステル、
ヘキシルエステル、ヘプチルエステル、オクチル
エステルが適当である。
モノN−長鎖アシル塩基性アミノ酸低級アルキ
ルエステルの塩としては、例えば塩酸塩、硫酸塩
のような無機酸塩、又は例えば酢酸塩、酒石酸
塩、クエン酸塩、p−トルエンスルホン酸塩、脂
肪酸塩、酸性アミノ酸塩、ピロリドンカルボン酸
塩のような有機酸塩が用いられる。これらのう
ち、酸性アミノ酸塩、塩酸塩、並びにL及びDL
−ピロリドンカルボン酸塩が好ましい。
モノN−長鎖アシル塩基性アミノ酸低級アルキ
ルエステル塩の毛髪化粧料への配合量は0.1ない
し10重量%であり、好ましくは0.2ないし5重量
%である。
本発明の第2の必須成分の1種である天然油分
としては、例えばアプリコツトカーネルオイル、
プリスタン、スクワラン、ミンク油、卵黄油、オ
リーブ油、グレープシード油、コムギ胚芽油、ア
ーモンド油、ツバキ油、ホホバ油、ひまわり油、
大豆油、サザンカオイル、トウモロコシ油、アマ
ニ油、アボガドオイル、高級脂肪酸及びこれらの
混合物を用いることができる。これらのうち、ミ
ンク油、大豆油、卵黄油、スクワラン、ツバキ
油、ステアリン油、ホホバ油、サザンカオイル、
アマニ油、アボガドオイルが好ましい。
本発明の第2の必須成分他の1種であるアミノ
酸としては、例えばグリシン、バリン、イソロイ
シン、セリン、スレオニン、フエニルアラニン、
トリプトフアン、システイン、プロリン、アスパ
ラギン酸、グルタミン酸ヒスチジン、アルギニ
ン、リジン等を挙げることができ、好ましいアミ
ノ酸は、グリシン、イソロイシン、プロリン、ヒ
スチジン、及びシステイン等の酸性又は中性アミ
ン酸である。これらのアミン酸はL又はDL体が
使用できる。これらの1種又は2種以上を使用す
る事が可能である。
又、これらのアミノ酸はフリーのアミノ酸の他
ナトリウム等のアルカリ金属塩、マグネシウム等
のアルカリ土類金属塩又は、塩酸等の無機酸塩が
好ましく使用される。
これらの天然油分又はアミノ酸の配合量は、本
発明の毛髪化粧料全体に対し、0.1ないし10重量
%であり、好ましくは0.1ないし5重量%である。
本発明の化粧料は上述した必須成分の他に下記
の品位成分が本発明の効果に影響のない範囲で配
合されてもよい。即ち、任意成分としては流動パ
ラフイン、ワセリン、固型パラフイン、及びオレ
フインオリゴマー等の炭化水素;イソプロピルミ
リステート、イソプロピルパルミテート、ステア
リルステアレート、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシ
ル、オレイン酸オクチルドデシル及び2−エチル
ヘキサン酸トリグリセライド等のエステル;ポリ
オキシエチレンセチルエーテル、ポリオキシエチ
レンステアリン酸エステル及びポリオキシエチレ
ンソルビタンモノラウレート等の乳化剤;塩化ベ
ンザルコニウム、塩化セチルトリメチルアンモニ
ウム、塩化セトステアリルトリメチルアンモニウ
ム、塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩
化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化ジステ
アリルジメチルアンモニウム等のカチオン界面活
性剤;N−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−N−〔ビス
(2−カルボキシエチル)アミノエチル〕ラウリ
ルアマイドジナトリウム塩、2−ココイル−N−
カルボキシメチル−N−ヒドロキシエチルイミダ
ゾリウムベタイン等の両性界面活性剤;高級アル
コールサルフエート、アルコールエーテルサルフ
エート、α−オレフインスルホネート等のアニオ
ン界面活性剤;ラウリルアルコール、セチルアル
コール、ステアリルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコ
ール等の高級アルコール;パルミチン酸、ステア
リン酸、ベヘニン酸等の高級脂肪酸;エチレング
リコール、プロピレングリコール、1,3−ブチ
レングリコール、グリセリン及びソルビトール等
の保湿剤;及びその他溶剤、防腐剤、香料等の小
量成分である。
本発明の毛髪化粧料は、ヘアーリンス剤、スプ
レー型又はデイスペンサー型のヘアコンデイシヨ
ナー、ヘアローシヨン等の各種毛髪処理剤の形態
で用いることができる。
本発明の毛髪化粧料は、「すすぐタイプ」及び
「すすがないタイプ」のいずれのタイプに適用し
ても、毛髪に優れた櫛通り性なめらかさ及びしつ
とり感を与える。
次に、本発明の実施例と比較例を示し、本発明
の効果をより具体的に説明する。なお各例の説明
に先立つて、各例で採用した試験法について説明
する。
試験法
シヤンプー処理された毛束(5g、20cm)に試
料0.5gを直接塗布し、手で均一にのばした後、
25℃、65%RHの雰囲気中で乾燥させ、一昼夜放
置した後の毛束の「櫛通り性」「なめらかさ」及
び「しつとり感」を20名のパネラーにより官能評
価した。評価は1.0重量%のステアリルトリメチ
ルアンモニウムクロライド、3重量%のセチルア
ルコール、10重量%のプロピレングリコール、及
び水(残部)からなる試料を用いて得た評価を基
準とした5段階評価である。

ルエステル塩とアミノ酸との配合量を変化させた
8種類の毛髪化粧料を調製し、性能を試験した。
