In this type of endless belt with teeth made of polyurethane, etc., if the teeth are simply formed integrally with the belt body from polyurethane, etc.
When the belt engages with the teeth of the pulley, the frictional resistance causes significant heat generation, and there are problems with durability, such as the teeth becoming chipped due to wear and tear. The drawback was that noise was generated by the occlusion.

Therefore, when producing an endless belt with toothed parts by casting or injecting polyurethane etc. between the inner and outer molds, reinforcing cloth preformed in the tooth shape of the toothed part is used to form the uneven shape of the outer periphery of the inner mold. Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-5912 and other publications have already proposed a method in which reinforcing cloth is attached along the tooth surface during molding. By providing reinforcing cloth on the tooth surface in this way, this reinforcing cloth protects the tooth and improves durability, and the reinforcing cloth also acts as a buffer during occlusion, reducing heat generation and noise generation. There is an advantage in suppressing

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional manufacturing method, the preformed reinforcing cloth must be attached to the correct position along the shape of the molding uneven part of the mold. However, the work involved in wrapping the reinforcing cloth around the mold was very complicated, and if there was any misalignment, the shape of the teeth would be inconsistent. Furthermore, if there is a gap between the mold and the reinforcing cloth, air bubbles are likely to occur in the teeth, etc., making it difficult to manufacture a bubble-free endless belt. Furthermore, in the past, only preformed reinforcing fabric was used, and the reinforcing fabric itself was not sealed, so polyurethane, etc. cast or injected could locally penetrate to the surface of the reinforcing fabric. There was a problem that the quality was inconsistent, such as local variations in the cushioning effect of the reinforcing cloth.

When manufacturing the endless belt 5, a stretchable reinforcing cloth 4 such as a woven nylon fabric or a woven polyester fabric is used, and a material that is the same as the liquid casting material 16 and can be crosslinked, for example, as the liquid casting material 16, is used. When polyurethane is used, sealing treatment is performed by applying a polyurethane solution (coating amount: 100 to 500 gf/m 2 when dry). Next, this reinforcing cloth 4 is cut and processed into an endless cylindrical shape by sewing with a sewing machine, adhering with a heat press, or fusing, and then attached to the inner mold 8 of the mold device 7 in an outer-fitting manner. , the tensile member 6 is spirally wound around the inner mold 8 from the outside of the reinforcing cloth 4. As the tensile member 6, an aromatic polyamide fiber rope is used. Reinforcement cloth 4 and tensile material 6 for inner mold 8
When the installation is completed, the inner mold 8 is inserted into the outer mold 9, and the inner and outer molds 8 and 9 are combined so that a predetermined space 10 is formed. At this time, both ends of the reinforcing cloth 4 in the width direction are bent from both upper and lower ends of the inner mold 8 toward the center, and both ends of the reinforcing cloth 4 are folded between the inner mold 8 and the upper and lower lids 11 and 12. Pinch and secure to seal both ends. Then, remove the entire inner and outer molds 8 and 9 by approx.
After heating to 110°C, the liquid casting material 16 in the casting container 15 is heated to a pressure P (2 kgf/cm 2
The liquid casting material 16, which is a mixture of a polyurethane polymer and a curing agent, is applied to the casting tube 1 by applying pressure using the following method.
7 and fills the space 10 between the inner and outer molds 8 and 9. The liquid casting material 16 has a viscosity of 2000 to 4000 cps.
It is. When the space 10 is filled with the liquid casting material 16, it flows out from the deaeration hole 13 of the upper lid 11. At the point when it flows out, the opening/closing screw 14 is screwed into the deaeration hole 13, and the deaeration hole 13 is sealed. do. After this sealing, 110℃×60min×10~30Kgf/
Pressure is applied to the reinforcing fabric 4 through the liquid casting material 16 by pressure molding of cm 2 . Then, since the reinforcing cloth 4 is sealed and does not allow the liquid casting material 16 to penetrate, it expands under pressure and deforms along the shape of the uneven portion 19 on the outer periphery of the inner mold 8. firmly adheres to the outer circumferential surface without any gaps. During this pressurization, both ends of the reinforcing cloth 4 are connected to the inner mold 8 and the upper and lower lids 11,
12, the reinforcing cloth 4 will not move or shift due to pressure. In addition, both ends of the reinforcing cloth 4 are connected to the inner mold 8 and the upper and lower lids 11,
Since the molding material 16 is sandwiched and sealed between the molding material 12 and the molding material 12, the casting material 16 does not leak into the uneven shape side of the inner mold 8 when pressurized. Once the casting material 16 has hardened, the upper and lower lids 1
After removing the molds 1 and 12 and separating the inner and outer molds 8 and 9, the molded product is removed from the mold, and the endless belt 5 can be manufactured by cutting the molded product into rounds of a predetermined product width.

The endless belt 5 manufactured in this manner is free from air bubbles because the reinforcing cloth 4 adheres easily and reliably along the shape of the uneven portions 19 of the inner mold 8. can be easily manufactured.
Furthermore, since the reinforcing cloth 4 is sealed in advance, the liquid casting material 16 does not penetrate into the reinforcing cloth 4, and it is possible to prevent quality variations due to local penetration of the liquid casting material 16. . Therefore, the manufacturing operation is easy and the endless belt 5 of high quality can be manufactured.

The reinforcing cloth 4 may be coated with a polyurethane solution, dried and sealed, and then processed into a tooth shape in advance to match the uneven portions 19 of the inner mold 8, or may be formed into a semi-toothed shape into a wave shape or the like. You may use something. Even when using the reinforcing cloth 4 that has been subjected to tooth-shaped processing or semi-tooth-shaped processing, since the reinforcing cloth 4 itself can be expanded and contracted, the reinforcing cloth 4 can be brought into close contact with the inner mold 8 by the pressure during pressure molding. Therefore, when the reinforcing cloth 4 is attached to the inner mold 8, it is not necessary to completely match the shape of the uneven portion 19, and the work is easy.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention is characterized in that a stretchable reinforcing cloth treated with sealing is attached to the side of a mold having an uneven shape for forming protrusions, and is cast or injected into the space between the inner and outer molds. By pressurizing the liquid casting material, the reinforcing cloth is stretched to conform to the uneven shape of the mold. Preform it according to the shape,
There is no need for the reinforcing cloth to perfectly match the uneven shape of the mold. Therefore, a step of preforming the reinforcing cloth is necessary, and the work is easy, and the reinforcing cloth can be reliably brought into close contact with the uneven shape of the mold. In addition, both ends of the reinforcing cloth in the width direction are fixed to the mold side, which has an uneven shape, and both ends are sealed.
The reinforcing cloth does not move during pressurization, and the casting material does not leak from both widthwise ends of the reinforcing cloth into the uneven shape side of the mold, making it possible to manufacture a high-quality endless belt. Furthermore, since the reinforcing cloth has good adhesion to the mold, degassing can be ensured, and there is no risk of air bubbles entering the inside during molding, making it possible to manufacture a bubble-free endless belt. In addition, the reinforcing fabric is sealed, so
There is no risk that the liquid casting material will penetrate into the reinforcing fabric and appear locally on the surface side when pressurized, and therefore,
The cushioning effect of the reinforcing fabric is the same over the entire length, making it possible to provide a belt with excellent quality.
