及び第３図は従来のカツターロールの一部切欠側
面図である。 １……ローラー軸、２……溝、３……カツター
刃、５……取付ボルト、６……小径部、９……細
幅端部、１０……割カラー、１１……ボルト。

Claims (1)
- 中央円柱部と、その両端に段をなして形成され
中央円柱部よりも小径の小径部と、該一端の小径
部から中央円柱部を通り他端の小径部に軸方向に
沿い延長し、外周面に間隔を置いて設けられた複
数の溝とを有するローラー軸と、両端が峰側を残
して前記小径部における溝の深さに等しいか、よ
り大きい細幅に形成され、該両端を小径部に位置
せしめ刃が中央円柱部外周に突出するようにロー
ラー軸の溝に夫々挿入された帯板状のカツター刃
と、前記小径部の溝内にあるカツター刃の両端外
周に締付けて取り付けられた円筒状の割カラーと
を備えたことを特徴とするカツターロール。
