本発明は主として自動車用乾式クラッチのクラッチディ
スクに使用されるクラッチ被動板の製造法に関するもの

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
前記公報に開示されている被動板は、クラッチフェーシ
ング部材の重量が重く、回転強度を金属円環板のみで保
つことができない。したがって、回転強度を補強するた
め、クラッチフェーシング部材に石綿、ヤガラスなどの
長繊維をIT]い円環状に巻くという手段を用いなけれ
ばならない。そこで繊維を円環状に巻いてタブレット成
形する工程が必要となり、製造する工程が長くなってし

られる結合剤と、カシューダス、トグラファイト、硫酸
バリウム、クレー、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム
、アルミ扮、銅粉、亜鉛粉等の一般に摩擦材料に用いら
れる摩擦調整剤とを配合することができる。そして、金
属円環仮にクラッチフェーシングi[tを一体に熱圧成
形するには、成形温度80℃ないし300℃、面圧力5
