固定磁極との空隙を通過する磁路を構成する第2
磁気ヨーク手段と、 上記回転軸に取付けられ、上記コイルに対する
通電前の上記回転軸の角度位置と、コイルに対す
る通電後の上記回転軸の角度位置とでそれぞれ固
定部と係合して回転規制を行う角度規制板とを有
し、 上記第1回転磁極と上記固定磁極との間隔が上
記通電前の角度位置から上記通電後の角度位置に
上記回転軸が回転するに従つて徐々に狭くなるよ
うにこれら第1回転磁極と固定磁極との対向面の
