ばり8を研摩除去して第5図dに示す如く紡糸孔
1を形成しているが、リーマにてスリツト状の吐
出孔7を貫通穿設した際、吐出孔7の幅が狭く長
さが長いので、吐出孔7の中央部の開口縁の材料
が弾性により戻り、吐出孔7の中央部が狭くなつ
て、これより紡糸されるフイルム状の糸3が第4
図のように両面が円弧状に陥んで中央部が著しく
薄くなるものである。

つて、このような吐出孔7から吐出紡糸されるフ
イルム状の糸は全幅にわたつて均一な厚さとな
る。
