の振動により曲り、これが長時間反復継続すると
基部で折損することがあり、さらには前記の如く
芯液体又は芯気体の吐出パイプ6が曲がることに
より紡糸される中空糸が芯ずれ、つまり中空糸の
内周円と外周円の中心が偏つて肉厚が周方向で変
化し、中空糸の太さにむらが生じる等の欠点があ

向に紡糸液流通孔10を設けた中空糸紡糸口金
8′を開発した。(特開昭57−183412号公報)
然し乍ら、この中空糸紡糸口金8′は、紡糸液
流通孔10の断面積が小さい為、紡糸される中空
糸Wが第5図の如くいびつになるものである。ま
た紡糸液流通孔10が芯液体又は芯気体の吐出パ
イプ6の外周面より離れている為、得られる中空
糸Wの内径が全長にわたつて変化し、つまり肉厚

され、且つその吐出パイプ6の外周と3個のアー
ム11との間に3個の扇形の紡糸液流通孔12が

パイプ6の外周と各アーム11との間に複数の紡
糸液流通孔12が形成されていれば良いものであ

入して前記アーム11の先端の円弧状縁11aに
保持すると共に前記溝14を紡糸液流通孔12と

出孔7の下端より吐出紡糸される中空糸の内部に

が芯ずれすることが無いので肉厚が周方向で均一
なものが得られる。特に本発明の中空糸紡糸口金
8″は、紡糸液流通孔12の断面積が大きいので
紡糸される中空糸は正常な形状で糸の太さにむら
が無いものである。しかも紡糸液流通孔12が芯
液体又は芯気体の吐出パイプ6の外周に位置して
いるので、得られる中空糸の内径は全長にわたつ

周壁に、複数のアームが等角間隔に突設されてそ
の先端間に芯液体又は芯気体の吐出パイプが挿通
保持され、且つその吐出パイプの外周と複数のア
ームとの間に複数の紡糸液流通孔が形成されてい
ることを特徴とする中空糸紡糸口金。 2 紡糸口金本体に紡糸液導入孔を穿設後、その

プの同径の穴を貫通穿設し、次にこの穴を中心に

に保持すると共に前記の溝を紡糸液流通孔と成す
