The present invention relates to improvements in spinnerets. Traditionally, spinnerets have been made of materials such as platinum, platinum alloys, and stainless steel, but the spinning surface is too wet with the spinning solution, causing the spinning solution to spread out and the shape of the resulting yarn to be unstable. In addition, there was a drawback that the thickness varied, making it impossible to obtain threads with desired shapes and dimensions. The present invention was made in order to eliminate such drawbacks, and it suppresses the wetting of the spinning solution on the spinning surface to prevent the spinning solution from spreading, and eliminates the wiping operation performed to remove foreign matter that adheres during the prevention. The present invention aims to provide a spinneret with improved properties. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the spinneret of the present invention has a carbon thin film on at least the spinning surface 2 of the spinning surface 2 of the spinneret body 1 and the inner surface of the polymer discharge hole 4 which is connected to the polymer introduction hole 3. 5 is coated. As described above, in the spinneret of the present invention, since at least the spinning surface 2 is coated with the thin carbon film 5, the hardness of the spinning surface 2 is significantly increased, and the surface of the discharge port 4 is not damaged by wiping or the like. In addition, the wiping properties are good, such as less adhesion of foreign substances and easy removal. In other words, the smoothness and specularity of the spinning surface 2 is improved, the wettability of the spinning solution is suppressed, and as a result, the spinning surface 2 The spinning solution is prevented from spreading, the shape of the spun yarn is stabilized, and the thickness is constant, resulting in approximately the required shape,
It is possible to obtain threads of different dimensions. In particular, when not only the spinning surface 2 but also the inner surface of the polymer discharge hole 4 is coated with the carbon thin film 5,
Since the wettability of the spinning solution at the polymer discharge hole 4 is suppressed, the spinning solution will not be spouted from the polymer discharge hole 4, thereby safely preventing the spinning solution from spreading on the spinning surface 2 due to excessive spinning solution. The protected yarn has extremely high precision in both shape and size. The carbon thin film 5 mainly refers to a thin film of sputtered carbon, but is not limited thereto, and may be a carbide crystal. The thickness of the carbon thin film 5 is usually 0.1
~20μ is sufficient. Next, specific examples and conventional examples of the spinneret of the present invention will be described. Example 1 As shown in Fig. 1, the thickness 10 is made of stainless steel.
36 polymer inlet holes 3 with a hole diameter of 2 mm and a length of 9.6 mm and polymer discharge holes 2 with a hole diameter of 200 μm and a length of 400 μm were bored in a circular spinneret body 1 with a diameter of 80 mm and a spinning surface. A spinneret 2 coated with a carbon thin film 5 having a thickness of 5 μm. Example 2 Thickness made of stainless steel as shown in Figure 2
On the inner surface of the spinning surface 2 of the circular dish-shaped spinneret body 1 with a diameter of 700μ and a diameter of 90mm, and on the inner surface of the polymer discharge hole 4 with a hole diameter of 80μ and a length of 80μ, which are connected to the polymer introduction holes 3 of 3000 holes with a diameter of 400μ and a depth of 620μ. A spinneret coated with a thin film 5 of carbon with a diameter of 5μ. Conventional example Thickness made of stainless steel as shown in Figure 3
700μ, diameter 90mm round dish-shaped spinneret body 1
3,000 polymer introduction holes 3 with a hole diameter of 400μ and a depth of 620μ are drilled, and in series, a hole diameter of 80μ and a length of 800μ is drilled.
A spinneret having a polymer discharge hole 4 formed therein. However, when spinning was carried out using the spinnerets of Examples 1 and 2 and the conventional example, and the wetness of each spinning surface 2 and the shape and dimensions of the obtained yarn were measured, the results shown in the table below were obtained.

[Table] As is clear from the above table, the spinnerets of Examples 1 and 2 have significantly less spread of the spinning solution on the spinning surface and less variation than conventional spinnerets. Further, the shapes of the yarns obtained using the spinnerets of Examples 1 and 2 are perfect circles and normal, whereas the shapes of the yarns obtained using the conventional spinnerets are often abnormally oval. Furthermore, the dimensions of the yarn obtained using the spinnerets of Examples 1 and 2 have small errors with the required dimensions, whereas the dimensions of the yarn obtained with the conventional spinneret have large errors with the required dimensions. It turns out that the accuracy is poor. As can be seen from the above explanation, the spinneret of the present invention is
At least the spinning surface is coated with a thin carbon film, which suppresses wetting of the spinning solution on the spinning surface and prevents the spinning solution from spreading, which stabilizes the shape of the spun yarn and increases the thickness of the yarn. This has the excellent effect that the yarn has a constant thickness and can have approximately the required size and shape.
