Abstract

【発明が解決しようとする課題1
従来にあっては減圧台10の上方に設置した遠赤外線ヒ
ータ14による加熱であるため、接着フィルム2を介在
させた二枚の7y?ス板1を一組ずつしか減圧台10に
配置できず、生産性が極めて低かった。又、減圧台10
に載置して平面上で生産するためスペース効率が悪いと
いう問題があった。
本発明は上記事情に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目
的とするところは、複数枚の合わせガラスを一度に効率
よく製造することにある。
【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の合わせガラスのV、遣方法は、二枚のガラス板
1を間に接着フィルム2を挟んで重り合わせ、この重合
体3を袋体4に挿入すると共に重合体3の少なくとも片
面に網状シート5を配置し、袋体4の空気を吸引脱気さ
せて袋体4を密閉し、次いで袋体4を立てた状態で加熱
して重合体3のがラス板1同士を接着フィルム2により
融着させることを特徴とするものであり、この構成によ
り上記課題が解決されたものである。

網状シート5により袋体4内の空気の吸引脱気が容易に
なるものであり、又、密閉状態にした袋体4を立てた状
態で加熱するので、複数枚の合わせガラスを一度に!1
1造でき生産性に優れるものであり、しかも、立てた状
態で加熱するので、スペース効率も良くなるものである
。
[実施例]
まず、二枚のガラス板1間に接着フィルム2を挟む。接
着フィルム2としては樹脂フィルムとか、これらフィル
ムにエンボスを施したものとか、これら二枚のフィルム
間に模様入りフィルムやポリエステルフィルム、アセテ
ートフィルムのヨウナ不透明フィルムを介装させたもの
などを使用することができる。
次に、PIS1図に示すようにこの按1フィルム2を介
装させた二枚のガラス板1の重合体3をポリエチレン袋
のような樹脂製の袋体4内に挿入する。
この実施例では袋体4は一枚の樹WeIフィルムを折り
曲げて両側を:fg着させて形成されている。重合体3
の上面には網状シート5を配置する。
この後、第2図及び第3図に示すように袋体4の一端闇
口6に取付けられた真空引き出しW7を通して真空ポン
プ(図示しない)により袋体4の空気を吸引脱気させる
。次いで真空引き出しW7に栓をするか袋体4の一端開
口6を融着して袋体4をffi閉する。
次いで、この状態の複数の袋体4をPlt14図に示す
ように約5cm程の間隔を置いで台118に乗せ、台車

2を溶融させることによりガラス1同士を融着し、袋体
