Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a plurality of sheets of laminated glass at once by pinching an adhesive film between two sheets of glass plate and placing a network sheet on this laminated body and inserting them into a bag, sucking and deaerating this bag to close it and thereafter heating and welding glass in a state wherein glass plates are vertically held. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive film 2 is interposed between two sheets of glass plate 1 and a network sheet 5 is placed on the upper face of this laminated body 3. These are inserted into a bag body 4 made of resin such as a PE bag. The air in the bag body 4 is sucked and deaerated through a vacuum pullout pipe 7 and an opening 6 is welded to close the bag body 4. Then a plurality of bag bodies 4 in this state are placed on a truck 8 while keeping the intervals as shown in a figure II. These bag bodies are carried into a hot-air drying furnace 9 together with the truck 8 and heated to weld the pinched films. Glass plates 1 are welded to obtain laminated glass. In this method, vacuum deaeration is made easy and space efficiency is enhanced.

Problem 1 to be Solved by the Invention Conventionally, heating is performed by a far-infrared heater 14 installed above the decompression table 10, so two 7Y? Only one set of plates 1 could be placed on the decompression table 10, resulting in extremely low productivity. Also, decompression table 10
There was a problem in that space efficiency was poor because it was placed on a flat surface and produced on a flat surface. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to efficiently manufacture a plurality of laminated glasses at once. [Means for Solving the Problems] The method of using the laminated glass of the present invention is to overlap two glass plates 1 with an adhesive film 2 between them, and insert this polymer 3 into a bag body 4. At the same time, a mesh sheet 5 is placed on at least one side of the polymer 3, the air in the bag 4 is sucked and degassed to seal the bag 4, and then the bag 4 is heated in an upright position so that the polymer 3 is heated. This structure is characterized in that the lath plates 1 are fused to each other by an adhesive film 2, and this structure solves the above problems. (Function 1: The mesh sheet 5 facilitates suction and degassing of the air inside the bag body 4, and since the sealed bag body 4 is heated in an upright position, multiple sheets of laminated glass can be heated at once. To!1
It can be made in one piece and is highly productive. Moreover, since it is heated while standing upright, space efficiency is also improved. [Example] First, an adhesive film 2 is sandwiched between two glass plates 1. As the adhesive film 2, a resin film, an embossed film, or an opaque film such as a patterned film, a polyester film, or an acetate film interposed between these two films may be used. I can do it. Next, as shown in PIS 1, the polymer 3 of the two glass plates 1 with the film 2 interposed therebetween is inserted into a bag 4 made of resin such as a polyethylene bag. In this embodiment, the bag body 4 is formed by folding a piece of wood WeI film and gluing both sides. Polymer 3
A net-like sheet 5 is arranged on the upper surface of. Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the air in the bag 4 is suctioned and deaerated by a vacuum pump (not shown) through a vacuum drawer W7 attached to the dark opening 6 at one end of the bag 4. Next, the vacuum drawer W7 is plugged or one end opening 6 of the bag body 4 is fused to close the bag body 4 ffi. Next, the plurality of bags 4 in this state are placed on a platform 118 at intervals of about 5 cm as shown in the figure Plt 14, and the cart 8 is carried into the hot air drying oven 9 and heated to dry the adhesive film 2. The glasses 1 are fused together by melting and taken out from the bag body 4 to produce laminated glass.

In the present invention, two lath boards are placed one on top of the other with an adhesive film in between, and this polymer is inserted into a bag, and a mesh sheet is placed on at least one side of the polymer to prevent the air in the bag. Vacuum and degas the bag body! ff1L is then heated to fuse the lath plates of the polymer to each other, so the net-like sheet facilitates suction and degassing of the air inside the bag. Since the heating is performed in a vertical position, a plurality of laminated glass sheets can be manufactured at once, resulting in excellent productivity. Furthermore, since the heating is performed in an upright position, space efficiency is also improved.
