リング装置において、上記車体側のコラムチユー
ブ近傍部分にコラムチユーブ摺動方向と略平行に
係止ピンを植設し、上記衝撃吸収部材の一端部を
上記コラムチユーブに固着し、その他端部を該端
部に形成した係合穴を上記係止ピンと係合される
ことより車体側に接続したことを特徴とするエネ
