Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 円筒形の物品を上流の場所の幅広い流れから
下流の場所の幅狭い流れへ搬送するための、空気
によつて物品を処理する装置において、 (イ) 上流の場所から下流の場所へ延在するテ
ーブルが設けられており、このテーブルが面、縁
及び下側を有しており、面及び下側を連通する浮
上用のエアジエツト孔が下流方向に傾斜して所定
の配置パターンで面に設けられており、 (ロ) 加圧下の空気源に接続され、テーブルの
下側に取付けられた圧力空気室が設けられており
、 (ハ) テーブルの各縁に沿つて鉛直な側壁が設
けられており、この両側壁が互いに収束しており
、 (ニ) 加速用のエアジエツト孔の列がテーブル
の各側壁に平行にこれから間隔をおいてこれの近
くに位置しており、このエアジエツト孔の列が、
前記浮上用のエアジエツト孔から流出するエアジ
エツトに比して大量かつ高速のエアジエツトを生
ぜしめるように形成されかつ配置されており、こ
れによつて物品が前記テーブルに沿つて上流の場
所から下流の場所まで移動するさいに物品を加速
し、前記両側壁の収束と加速用のエアジエツトと
の協働によつて、物品を分離しかつ物品の流れを
、幅広い物品の流に比してわずかな物品分の幅を
有する所定のパターンに収束するように構成した
ことを特徴とする鉛直に向いた円筒形の物品の幅
広い流れを上流の場所から下流の場所へ搬送しか
つ収束して単1列に配列する装置。 2 両側壁が閉じている実用新案登録請求の範囲

めることによつてテーブル上の物品を持上げ、支
持しかつ移動せしめるように選択されている実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 5 処理される物品の高さに比して若干大きな距
離だけテーブル面の上方に前記両側壁によつてカ
バーが支持されており、このカバーと、前記側壁
とテーブル面とによつて物品通路が形成されてお
り、前記カバーに排気孔が設けられており、この
排気孔が、上流の場所から下流の場所にかけて物
品通路内の圧力を累進的に減少せしめるべく、上
流の場所から下流の場所にかけてテーブルの長手
方向に沿つて排気孔面積の合計の百分率が増大す
るような寸法及び配置パターンで設けられており
、かつ、物品通路内には大気圧に比して大きな空
気圧が形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
2項記載の装置。 6 物品2個分より大きい幅から物品2個分の幅
まで変化する、物品の所定のパターンは上流の端
部のところで円筒形の物品の3個又はそれ以上の
群れの鉛直方向の軸線が等辺三角形を形成するこ
とにはじまり、そのさい物品の側面が互いに接触
し、かつ収束する壁側にも接触しており、物品が
加速用のエアジエツトによつて加速されるにつれ
て前記等辺三角形は底辺の長さが常時増大する一
連の二等辺三角形に変化し、次いで再び第2の等
辺三角形が形成され、そのさい3個の円筒形の物
品の群れが、互いに側面と側面とを接しかつ収束
した側壁にも接し、かつ物品2個分の幅を有する
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 7 物品2個分の幅から単1列まで変化する物品
の所定のパターンは前記上流の場所のところの3
個の円筒形の物品の鉛直軸線が等辺三角形を形成
することにはじまり、そのさい、物品の側面が互
いに接触しており、かつ収束する両側壁にも接触
しており、物品が加速用のエアジエツトによつて
加速されるにつれて前記等辺三角形は底辺の長さ
が常時増大する一連の二等辺三角形に変化し、次
いで物品は下流の場所のところの単1列へ移動す
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 8 上流の場所から下流の場所まで物品が累進的
に加速される実用新案登録請求の範囲第7項記載
の装置。 9 前記物品通路がその長手方向に沿つて複数の
区域に分割されており、さらに、分割された分配
室が各区域ごとにテーブルの下側に結合されてお
り、前記圧力空気室から各分配室に空気を供給す
る供給導管が設けられており、かつ、各分配室及
びそれに対応する空気テーブル区域内の空気圧の
調節のために前記各供給導管に弁が設けられてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 10 各区域に沿つた前記両側壁が互いに異なる
角度で収束している実用新案登録請求の範囲第8
項記載の装置。 11 加速用のエアジエツト孔の前記列が、搬送
される物品の1/2の幅に等しい距離だけ各側壁か
ら内側に離れて位置している実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の装置。
