精度が著しく低下する。そこで従来は台金上にワ
ーク取付凹部を設け、しかもその凹部とワークと
の嵌め合い寸法を高精度となし、ワーク取付位置
の正確さを企図しているところであるがこの嵌め
合い寸法が高精度であるため、ワークの台金に対
するセツトを自動化しようとする場合、台金の凹
部にワークが嵌り切れず不良品を作ることが多か
つた。このため、従来は作業員が手作業でワーク
を凹部に嵌め込む方法が多く用いられているのが
現状であり、この種の自動盛金機の完全自動化が
要望されていた。

本発明は上述の如き従来の問題にかんがみ主と
してTIG法による自動盛金機におけるワークのセ
ツトが正確にかつ自動的になされるワーク自動位
置決装置を提供し、この種の自動盛金機の完全自
動化を達成せんとしたものである。本発明はこの
ような目的を達成するため盛金処理を施すための
ワーク支持用台金の上面にワークの端部を嵌合さ
せるワーク取付凹部を備え、該台金上にローデイ
ングハンドをもつてワークを搬送させ、前記ワー
ク取付凹部内に嵌め合わせる自動盛金機における
ワーク自動位置決装置において、前記台金の側部
に前記ローデイングハンドにより搬入されたワー
クの下端部を挾持してワーク取付凹部上に整合さ
せた後、退避するセンタリング機構を設けるとと
もに該センタリング機構により整合されたワーク
の上端を押し下げた後退避する押し付け手段を設
けたことを特徴とし、ローデイングハンドにより
搬入されるワークをセンタリング機構で台金の凹
部に整合された状態で押し下げ、凹部内にワーク
を嵌合させた状態で盛金溶着のためのトーチと干
渉しないように退避させるようにしたものであ
る。
