ツトであつて、チエーンケース用開口Ｂと外周縁
Ｃとで形成される逆コ字状の外縁部３の裏面に細
幅のシール層４を塗着し、更にこの外縁部３の表
面には全面に亘る平板状のリテーナ５を当設して
、その複数箇所に付設する折返し部６をシール層
４を除く外縁部３の周面に巻装し、リテーナ５の
外面にシール層７を塗着したことを特徴とするガ
