る吸気バルブと他方の燃焼室における排気バルブ
とを近接配置した多気筒エンジンに用いられるガ
スケツトであつて、かつ該ガスケツトを、板状の
ガスケツト本体に穿設されて上記各燃焼室に連通
する燃焼室孔と、上記ガスケツト本体に形成され
てそれぞれ上記各燃焼室孔を囲むビード部と、各
ビード部の内側に配設されて各燃焼室孔を囲むシ
ムリングとから構成した多気筒エンジン用ガスケ
ツトにおいて、 隣接して配設された２つの燃焼室孔の間に形成
されたビード部を、両燃焼室孔間におけるガスケ
ツト本体の中央位置よりも上記吸気バルブ側に近
接させて形成し、かつその部分における排気バル
ブ側のシムリングの幅を、吸気バルブ側のシムリ
ングの幅よりも大きく設定したことを特徴とする
