【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は新規かつ改良されたキーボード装置用
ゴムカバー部材に関するものである。

要の回路配線を施してなるプリント回路基板上

の下面に上記複数個の固定接点電極に対向して複
数個の可動接点を担持一体化してなるシート状の
ゴムカバー部材を載置一体化してなる構造のキー
ボード装置が広く使用されるに至つている。

極と可動接点との位置合せが次第に困難になると
いう大きな問題があつた。この位置合せが困難と
なる理由は、ゴムカバー部材の成形時に生ずる成
形収縮、使用時の伸縮に起因するもので、たとえ
ば電動タイプライターあるいは電動金銭登録機な
どにおける操作盤用の大型キーボード装置におけ
る長辺の長さが20cmにも達するようなゴムカバー
部材の場合には、金型寸法に対して数%程度も成
形収縮を起し、その結果プリント回路基板上の固
定接点電極に対してゴムカバー部材の可動接点が
使用時のゴムカバー部材の伸縮にあいまつて位置
ずれを起すようになり、結果において隣接固定接
点と対向するようになり、誤動作の原因となる。

でもロツト番号の違いによつてもその成形収縮
率、使用時の伸縮率が異なるために、依然として
正確な位置合せは困難を伴なうものであつた。

ことを特徴とするものであつて、本考案のキーボ
ード装置用ゴムカバー部材においては、キーボー
ド装置の組立てに際し、プリント回路基板に対す
るキーボード装置用ゴムカバー部材の寸法誤差を
上記薄肉区分帯において調整しようとするもので
ある。

つてゴムカバー部材2が3つの領域に区分けされ
ている。
