出力するものであり、このパルスとパルス間の1
回転周期、すなわち本鋼管切断装置の運転周期を
示す。計数器7は、振動ピツクアツプ4及び鋸刃
回転ピツクアツプ5から出力された信号が前置増
幅器6,6で増幅された信号を入力し、丸鋸刃1
aの1回転周期毎の計測された鋸刃頭1の振動状
態を分析して、鋸刃頭1の振動が異常な場合、制
御器3へ異常信号を送出するものである。制御器
3は、この異常信号を受けると、丸鋸刃1a回転
停止等の処置を行ない、自動鋸刃交換装置等に動
作指令を出力する。
