線をるつぼ内に供給する供給装置とを具備してな
り、種線を溶湯内に浸漬し、種線の周囲に溶融金
属を付着凝固させて被覆線を形成する溶融浸漬被
覆形成装置において、 種線の断線を検知する検知器と、この検知器に
接続され、種線の断線時に挿通孔からの溶湯の流
出を防止する溶湯流出防止装置とを、上記供給装
置とるつぼとの間に連続して設けてなることを特
