- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 吸着塔本体から突出するマンホールを有す
る圧力スイング吸着用吸着塔において、マンホー
ル蓋の内面側に、マンホールの突出部分の容積に
ほぼ相当する体積を有し閉蓋状態においてマンホ
ールに嵌合する栓状嵌合部を設けてなる圧力スイ
ング吸着用吸着塔。 (2) マンホール蓋の栓状嵌合部が筒状枠内に圧
縮強度大なる補強用充填材を充填してなる構造で
あることを特徴とする請求項１記載の圧力スイン
グ吸着用吸着塔。
