In a rope tensioner that consists of a rope stretched in a shape, both side plates are connected to three shafts: a central pulley shaft, a check lever pivot at one end, and a rope guide member at the other end. At the same time, in the center of both side plates, an embossed part in the shape of an arc groove that corresponds to the outside diameter of the pulley and comes in contact with it is formed to protrude inwardly, and the lock release lever can be attached to the rope guide member. A rope tensioner characterized by being connected to both side plates at certain points.
