ラスチツクのシートを貼付けたものを用い、タイ
ルの表面側が型枠の内面に面するように、接着シ
ートあるいはテープで型枠の内面に固定する。タ
イルが厚いときには、型枠の移動の際の振動等で
型枠内面から脱落しないように紙またはプラスチ
ツクに固定したねじに型枠外からボルトで固定す
る。内面にタイルを取り付けた型枠には、従来と
同様に鉄筋を配置し、タイルの裏面にコンクリー
トを注入して遠心締め固めを行う。蒸気養生を行
い固化したコンクリートから型枠を取り外し、紙
やプラスチツクのシートを剥離して製品とし、建
築現場に運んで柱や梁等として使用するものであ
る。コンクリート柱体内に配置した鉄筋は非緊張
のままでもよいし、緊張してコンクリートのプレ
ストレスを与えたものでもよい。
