問題があつた。 However, in the conventional building with a basement, as shown in FIG. Build basement B by erecting the above-mentioned cloth foundation 1 and wall panel 3.
Since a building with a basement is constructed by pouring backfill concrete 5 between When the above-ground building A and the basement B are joined together, the above-ground building A and the basement B cannot work together, and therefore, there is a problem that uneven settling of the cloth foundation 1 of the above-ground building A and uneven levitation of the basement B may occur. It was hot.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of conventional buildings with basements by protruding the upper part of the basement above the ground and using it as a fabric foundation for above-ground buildings, and also prevents uneven settling of above-ground buildings and uneven elevation of basements. In addition, it is characterized in that it is possible to omit or reduce the work of constructing a cloth foundation for an above-ground building.

The upper part of the basement B is made to protrude above the ground to approximately the height of the foundation of the above-ground building A, and the protrusion 6 is also used as the foundation of the above-ground building A, and the above-ground building is built on the foundation made of the basement B. It pertains to a building with a basement, characterized in that A is constructed and connected in one piece.

As described above, in the building with a basement of the present invention, the upper part of the basement B protrudes above the ground to approximately the height of the cloth foundation of the above-ground building A, and is also used as the cloth foundation of the above-ground building A. Since the above-ground building A is constructed and connected to the above, when various forces are applied, the above-ground building A and the underground room B act as one.
There is no risk that the above-ground building A and the basement B will move separately, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the above-ground building A from moving and sinking and the basement B from rising unevenly, as in the past.
In addition, since the fabric foundation for the above-ground building A can be formed at the same time as the basement B is formed, the work for constructing the fabric foundation for the above-ground building A can be omitted or reduced.
