(Prior art) In factories that use bags filled with large quantities of powder and granule materials such as salt, sugar, or cement, it is a hassle to open the mouths of the bags one by one to take out the powder and granule filling. In order to avoid this, a bag opening device that automatically cuts the filled bag has been used. This type of bag opening device uses a rotating disk blade to cut the ventral surface or end surface of the bag, or a linear single blade or two opposing blades to cut the ventral surface of the bag. There are also types that cut open the bag by pressing the abdominal surface of the bag against a fixed blade such as an X-shape, but both types can cut not only the bag but also the powdery filling inside. The disadvantage was that the sharpness of the cutting blade was significantly degraded because they were cut at the same time. In addition, conventional bag opening devices cannot prevent fragments of the bag material from getting mixed into the powder and granules that are taken out. This may not be a problem, but it is used in applications where even the slightest foreign matter, such as food-related salt, sugar, etc., or cement used to fix pin fittings to insulators, can have a significant impact on hygiene or product quality. It had some drawbacks that made it unusable.
In particular, since cement bags have a polyethylene film attached to the inside of the paper bag, the conventional cutting blades described above cannot avoid cutting small pieces of this polyethylene film.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and allows a powder-filled bag to be opened without mixing cut pieces of the bag. This was completed with the aim of creating a bag-opening device for bags filled with powder or granules that hardly causes any deterioration in taste.

In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6,
1 is a powder filling bag 5 from above the pallet (not shown)
A transfer head 3 picks up bags one by one and transports them along a rail 2 to a bag dropping position A, and 3 is a frame of the device installed directly below the bag dropping position A.
Two flat plates 4, 4 are provided on the upper surface of this frame 3, with their center portions being pivotally supported by pins 5, 5.
is supported by cylinders 6, 6 at its outer portions. These flat plates 4, 4 are opened horizontally as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 when the powder/granular material filling bag 50 falls;
When activated, both ends are lifted up in a V-shape as shown in Figure 5. Arms 8 that are swung by a rotary actuator 7 or the like are provided on the upper surfaces of both ends of these flat plates 4, 4, and the arms 8 move the powder filling bags 50 that have fallen onto the upper surfaces of the flat plates 4. The protrusion 9 at the tip prevents the powder filling bag 50 from slipping off when the flat plates 4, 4 are lifted as shown in FIG.

As shown in Fig. 3, each of the flat plates 4, 4 is pivotally supported on the frame 3 with a predetermined gap in the center, and a cut is provided in the center to facilitate the falling of cement. A notch 10 is formed. A bag cutting section 12 is provided in the center of these flat plates 4, 4, in which a large number of needles 11 are arranged close to each other in a row with their tips facing upward. These needles 11
For example, the diameter is 3 mm and the length is 75 mm, and as shown enlarged in Fig. 6, the lower half part 11a has a side of 5 mm.
It has a square prism shape of mm. The needles 11 are arranged in a row on the beam 13 so that the lower half portions 11a are in close contact with each other, that is, in this embodiment, with a pitch of 5 mm. Both ends of the bag cutting section 12 are connected to guides 14, 14 erected on both sides of the base 3.
It is slidably fitted into the lower surface of both ends thereof, and screw-type elevating mechanisms 15, 15 are provided on the lower surface of both ends thereof. Therefore, when these elevating mechanisms 15, 15 rotate at a constant speed under the action of the motor 16 and the connecting shaft 17, the bag cutting section 12 with the needle 11 implanted on the beam 13 is at the position shown by the solid line in FIG. It will rise from there to the position shown by the dashed line.

Next, in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a drive mechanism 24 like a small cylinder is attached to the end of the beam 13 of the bag cutting section 12, and the sliding section of the beam 13 needle 11 with 25
It has a structure that allows it to slide by 2 to 3 mm in the row direction. In this embodiment, the needle 11 may have a generally straight shape. Note that other points are the same as in the first embodiment, so detailed explanation will be omitted.

(Function) In the device configured as described above, first, the powder/grain material filling bag 50 is transferred from the top of the pallet by the transfer head 1.
The bags are sucked one by one and transferred to the bag drop position A, where they are dropped onto the upper surfaces of horizontally opened flat plates 4, 4. At this time, the bag cutting part 12 is raised in advance to the position shown by the dashed line in FIG.
The needles 11 are pierced and incised by a large number of needles 11 arranged close to each other in a row. In the first embodiment, the needles 11 are arranged at a pitch of 5 mm;
1a are in close contact with each other, the powder and granule filling bag 50 is incised in a continuous letter shape along with the inner polyethylene film by the energy of the fall, and the powder and granule filling bag 50 is incised by the tips of these needles 11. Since the incision is made in such a way that it can be pushed and spread from the tip of the ivy as a starting point, no debris is generated during the incision.
Further, in the second embodiment, the powder filling bag 50
After the needle 11 is stuck into the needle 11, the drive mechanism 24 causes the needle 11 to move 2 to 3 mm into the powder filling bag 50.
The needles 11 are moved to a certain extent to completely cut off the part of the powder filling bag 50 between the needles 11. In this case, generation of fragments of the powder/granular material filling bag 50 can be more reliably prevented.

As shown in the figure, the cylinders 6, 6 are used to move the flat plates 4, 4 into a V
If the bag is tilted in the shape of a letter, the powder filling bag 50 cut by the needle 11 of the bag cutting section 12 will be bent upward and the lower surface of the center will be widened, allowing the powder filling bag 50 to be cut out from the inside of the powder filling bag 50. Cement flows down and falls into the hopper 18. In addition, if the vibrator 23 is operated at this time, the outflow of cement can be performed more reliably. After the flat plates 4, 4 have returned to the horizontal position, the granular material filling bag 50 emptied in this manner is thrown into the empty bag chute 21 by the pusher 20, and the same cycle is repeated thereafter.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention cuts the powder-filled bag by dropping the powder-filled bag against a bag-cutting section in which a large number of needles are arranged close to each other in a row. Therefore, unlike those using conventional cutting blades, there is almost no deterioration in the sharpness of the cutting blade. Furthermore, since the powder-filled bag is incised in such a way that it can be pushed and expanded using the tips of a large number of needles lined up in a row as a starting point, no fragments of the powder-filled bag are generated at the time of incision. Therefore, it is most suitable for applications where contamination of foreign matter is undesirable, such as when the granular material is cement for the manufacture of insulators. In addition, in the present invention, the above-mentioned bag cutting part is provided in the center between two flat plates that can support both ends of the powder filling bag and lift it upward. The incision part of the bag can be opened wide and the contents can be quickly drained. In addition, since the structure of the present invention is simple and can be manufactured at low cost, it has extremely great practical value as a bag opening device for powder-filled bags that solves the conventional problems.
