Claims (1)

て、前記ステータは前記チユーブを装着した少な
くとも２つのローラを囲撓するステータ作用部と
、前記回転体を挟んで前記ステータ作用部の反対
側にステータ連結部を介して設けられたステータ
基部とを有してなり、前記ステータ基部の上下方
向に設けられた案内溝に摺動するピンをレバーの
回転軸に偏心させて取り付けるとともに前記ステ
ータ作用部の両端内側の夫々にやや突出した係止
部を設け、前記ピンを前記案内溝の下方向に移動
する前記レバーの開動作に伴つて前記ステータ作
用部を前記ローラ側から離間して該離間部に前記
ステータを介装し、前記ピンを前記案内溝の上方
向に移動する前記レバーの閉動作に伴つて前記チ
ユーブ作用部を前記ローラ側に接近して前記離間
部に介装されたチユーブを前記ローラ側に圧迫す
るとともに前記ステータ作用部の係止部を前記チ
ユーブに対して押圧することにより前記チユーブ
を該押圧部位にて係止するようにしたローラポン
