As shown in FIG. 6, an outer wall in which an exterior material 2 is stretched on the outer surface of an outer wall main body 1 in the form of an armor siding has been known. However, in this conventional example, when attaching the exterior material 2, it was fixed to the exterior wall body 1 with nails at the overlapping parts of the exterior materials 2, so the nails were exposed to the outside and the appearance deteriorated. It was unsightly, and there was also the problem of rainwater seeping in through the nailed parts exposed outside. Furthermore, since nailing is done at the overlapped portion of the exterior material 2, the exterior material 2 is easily damaged. Also, it is difficult to nail because two sheets of the exterior material 2 are nailed together, and the overlapping margin of the exterior material 2 must be set accurately. There was a problem that it was difficult to get it out.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. Reference numeral 2 in the figure is an exterior material, which is made of asbestos slate, calcium silicate board, gypsum cement board, etc. An upward fitting protrusion 4 is provided on the upper part of the exterior material 2.
A surface-side recess 5 is provided on the surface of the exterior material 2 at the protruding base of the upward fitting projection 4 over the entire length in the lateral direction. Further, a back side recess 6 is provided on the lower back surface of the exterior material 2, and a downward fitting recess 7 is provided at the upper part of this back side recess 6. Furthermore, on the back surface of the upper part of the exterior material 2, there are many protruding ribs 8 that protrude toward the back surface side.
are laterally spaced apart with a gap 9 interposed therebetween. A ventilation sheet 10 is stretched on the outer surface of the outer wall main body 1.
Ventilation is provided between the inside of the outer wall main body 1 and the outer surface side, and the ventilation sheet 10 also has waterproof properties. Here, as the ventilation sheet 10, for example, a synthetic resin sheet with many small holes can be used. In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a mounting fitting, in which a connecting piece 24 extends forward from the lower part of the fixing piece 23, and a fitted portion 21 that is recessed upward is provided on the connecting piece 24. When applying the exterior material 2 in the form of an armor siding, the fitting part 21 of the mounting bracket 20 is fitted onto the fitting protrusion 4 on the upper part of the lower exterior material 2 from above to secure the mounting bracket 20. The piece 23 is fixed to the outer wall main body 1 with fixing tools 22 such as nails or screws, and the fitting recess 7 of the upper sheathing material 2 is attached to the fitting protrusion 4 on the upper part of the lower sheathing material 2, and the fitting 20 is attached. and overlapping the lower surface of the upper exterior material 2 on the upper surface of the lower exterior material 2,
Furthermore, the fitted part 21 of another mounting bracket 20 is fitted into the fitting protrusion 4 on the upper part of the upper exterior material 2, and the fixing piece 23 of this mounting bracket 20 is fixed with the fixing tool 22, and in the same manner. One after another, the exterior material 2 is placed on top of that, and then the exterior material 2 is placed on top of that, and so on, to form a siding. In this case, the mounting fittings 20 are hidden by the exterior material 2 so as not to be exposed to the outside, as shown in the figure. Here, only the lowermost sheathing material 2 is directly fixed to the outer wall main body 1 using a fixing tool. In addition, at the overlapping part of the lower part of the upper sheathing material 2 and the upper part of the lower sheathing material 2, there is a surface-side recess 5 provided in the upper surface of the lower sheathing material 2, and a lower part of the upper sheathing material 2. A depressurizing space 3 is formed by facing a backside recess 6 provided on the backside of the holder. This decompression space 3 communicates with the outside through a narrow passage 12. Note that a breathable waterproof packing 13 may be interposed at the fitting portion between the fitting protrusion 4 and the fitting recess 7, as shown in FIG. Of course, in this invention, breathable waterproof packing 13
In some cases, there is no intervention. This breathable waterproof packing 13 prevents water from entering through the fitting portion between the fitting protrusion 4 and the fitting recess 7, but allows ventilation in the fitting portion, for example. These include non-woven fabrics, felts, and open-cell synthetic resins such as open-cell polyurethane foam. By the way, the breathable waterproof gasket 13 may be attached to the fitting protrusion 4 or the fitting recess 7 in advance. Further, the fitted portion 21 of the mounting fitting 20 is placed over or under the breathable gasket 13. When the exterior material 2 is attached to the exterior wall body 1, the protruding ribs 8 on the upper back surface of the exterior material 2 are attached against the ventilation sheet 10 on the outer surface of the exterior wall body 1, and as a result, the gap between the protruding ribs 8 is Reference numeral 9 serves as a ventilation path for vertically ventilating air on the back side of the exterior material 2. Further, this protruding rib 8 is located on the back side of the front side recess 5, and as a result, the presence of the protruding rib 8 prevents the strength from decreasing even if the front side recess 5 is provided. Further, a ventilation pocket 14 is formed between the back surface of the exterior material 2 and the ventilation sheet 10 provided on the outer surface of the outer wall main body 1. The outside and the ventilation pocket 14 are defined by the narrow passage 12, the decompression space 3, the breathable waterproof packing 13 (if there is no breathable waterproof packing 13, the upper end of the fitting protrusion and the upper bottom of the fitting recess). Ventilation is provided through the gap between
The ventilation pocket 14 and the inside of the outer wall main body 1 are ventilated through the ventilation sheet 10. Here, since ventilation is performed through the narrow passage 12, it is possible to avoid rainwater from blowing in as much as possible, and furthermore, the narrow passage 12 communicates with the depressurization space 3. Therefore, even if rainwater were to forcefully blow in from the narrow passageway 12, the rainwater would be depressurized within the depressurization space 3, become diffused, and forcefully flow into the deep part of the depressurization space 3. By providing the depressurizing space 3 in communication with the narrow passageway 12, ventilation is ensured and rainwater that is forcefully blown in from the outside is prevented from entering the inner part. It is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the building, and it is possible to ensure ventilation while preventing rainwater from entering. Further, if there is a ventilation pocket 14, this becomes an air layer, and since this air layer can be ventilated with the outside as described above, dew condensation is prevented. Further, the upper and lower ventilation pockets 14 communicate with each other through a ventilation passageway 9 to ventilate the upper and lower sides. In the above embodiment, the front side recess 5 and the back side recess 6 form the depressurizing space 3.
However, only one of the front side recess 5 and the back side recess 6 may be provided and this may be used as the depressurization space 3.

In the present invention, as described above, an upward fitting protrusion is provided on the upper part of the lower exterior material, and an upwardly recessed fitting part provided on the mounting bracket is fitted from above to the fitting protrusion. At the same time, the mounting bracket is fixed to the outer wall body with a fixing tool, and the downward fitting recess provided at the bottom of the upper sheathing material is fitted to the fitting protrusion through the fitted part, and the mounting bracket is attached to the exterior. Since it is hidden by the material, when attaching the exterior material to the exterior wall body, the upper part of the lower exterior material is attached to the exterior wall body using the mounting bracket, and the lower part of the upper exterior material does not turn outward. As a result, the exterior material can be attached without directly nailing the overlapping parts as in the past, and the nails are not exposed to the outside, making the appearance less unsightly. Since it is not exposed, there is no risk of rainwater entering from the nailed part, and there is no risk of damaging the exterior material during installation. Since it fits into the fitting protrusion through the fitted part,
It is possible to easily and accurately determine the overlapping margin of the exterior material, and it also forms a narrow passage communicating with the outside between the back surface of the lower end of the upper exterior material and the surface of the lower exterior material, A vacuum space wider than the narrow passage is formed between the upper surface side of the lower exterior material and the lower side of the upper exterior material so as to be located above this narrow passage. However, since the vacuum space and the narrow passageway are communicated with each other, ventilation occurs between the exterior material and the exterior wall body through the narrow passageway and the vacuum space, resulting in condensation. In addition, ventilation is carried out through narrow passages, so it is possible to avoid rainwater blowing in as much as possible.
Furthermore, since the narrow passage communicates with the depressurization space, even if rainwater were to forcefully blow in from the narrow passage, the rainwater would be depressurized within the depressurization space and become dispersed. This prevents the air from entering the deep part of the decompression space, and by providing the depressurization space in communication with the narrow passage in this way, the air can be blown in forcefully while ensuring ventilation. It is possible to prevent rainwater from penetrating deep into the interior, and to ensure ventilation while preventing rainwater from penetrating.
