冷却コイル、7は飲料冷却コイル5,6と飲料デ
イスペンシングバルブ1との間を接続して冷却水
槽1内に配管された飲料配管である。また冷却水
槽1の上部にはユニツト基台を兼ねた上蓋8で半
密閉状態に蓋されており、かつこの上蓋8には水
槽内の水を撹拌翼9で撹拌するアジテータ10が
設置されている。ここで前記した飲料デイスペン
シングバルブ2は、飲料吐出口、飲料流量調整
器、電磁弁、制御スイツチ、およびスイツチ操作
レバー等の各部品を装備してなる本体ブロツク2
aと、前記本体ブロツク2aとの間を着脱式に連
結する連結機構、および飲料通路の元栓機構等を
内蔵してなり、かつ前記基台に設置したバルブ取
付台11へ固定的に取付けて飲料配管7と接続さ
れた後部ブロツク2bとの組立体として構成され
ている。なお符号12は飲料カツプであり、該飲
料カツプ12を飲料デイスペンシングバルブ2の
操作レバー2cに当がつて押すことによりスイツ
チが作動して電磁弁が開放し、シロツプと炭酸水
とが混合状態で飲料カツプ12へ吐出供給され
る。 上記の構成に対し、この考案により飲料デイス
ペンシングバルブ2の一部、特に前記した後部ブ
ロツク2bの周囲を包囲して冷却水槽1の槽内上
部空間1aと通じ合うように符号13で示す風胴
カバーが化粧ねじ14を介して冷却水槽1の前面
に取付けられている。さらに前記したアジテータ
10のモータ軸上には冷却水槽内の上部空間1a
内に位置してフアン15が装備されている。 次に上記構成による動作に付いて説明する。す
なわち飲料デイスペンサの稼働中にアジテータ1

ツク2bは冷気が洗流して冷却されるようにな
る。なお冷気流はデイスペンシングバルブを冷却
した後に導風カバー13と取付台11との間の隙
間を通じて槽外へ排気される。このようにして冷
却水槽の水面上に露呈する飲料配管7お飲料デイ
スペンシングバルブ2が冷気の導風により冷却さ
れる結果、従来のように飲料供給待機中にデイス
ペンシングバルブ内およびそれに続く飲料配管内
に停滞している飲料の昇温を防止して低温維持を
図ることができ、長時間待機後でも充分に冷えた
状態で清涼飲料を供給することができるようにな
る。
