Claims (1)
エクトヤーンとから1本のヤーン即ち糸を製造す
る製造装置で、上記装置が: 引伸し手段で、これが、上記エフエクトヤーン
の数に対応する数設けられて上記エフエクトヤー
ンを構成する材料の一般的引伸し率を実質的に越
えない引伸し率で上記エフエクトヤーンをそれぞ

ンとを含み、これらにより上記エフエクトヤーン
を加熱軟化させながら引き伸ばしを行う如くにす

アヤーンとを受取り、この双方をそれぞれ送り出
す供給手段で、上記エフエクトヤーンの供給手段
が上記コアヤーンの供給手段より長い長さのエフ
エクトヤーンをオーバーフイードすることが出来
る、ものと; 上記コアヤーン及びエフエクトヤーンのいずれ
か一方を上記供給手段から受取り、受け取つた一
方のヤーンに加湿し、これを送り出す加湿手段と
; 流体噴射手段で、いずれか一方が加湿された上
記引き伸ばされたエフエクトヤーンと上記コアヤ
ーンとをそれぞれ受け取り、この場合、上記供給
手段から上記エフエクトヤーンがオーバーフイー
ドされており、これらに流体を噴射し、オーバー
フイードされた上記引き伸ばされたエフエクトヤ
ーンと上記コアヤーンとから高い絡み性の表面ル
ープを持つ1本のヤーンを作り出し、これを送り
出すものと; 上記高い絡み性のループを持つ1本のヤーンを
加熱する加熱ローラーを含み、上記表面ループが
そのままセツトされた1本のセツトヤーンを送り

の温度が125℃以上である、請求項1記載の装
置。 (3) 上記流体噴射手段に用いられる流体が空気
である、請求項1又は2記載の装置。 (4) 上記エフエクトヤーンが複数のヤーンで構
成されている場合、上記引伸し手段の上記加熱ピ
ンがそれぞれ対応するエフエクトヤーンをそれぞ
れ異なる温度に加熱し、上記引伸ばしローラーに
よつてそれぞれ異なる引伸し率が与えられる如く
にする、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の
装置。 (5) 上記コアヤーンがPOY即ち部分配向され
たポリエステルヤーンの如く引き伸ばしを必要と
するヤーンの場合、上記引伸し手段が更にコアヤ
ーンの引伸しローラー及びこれに対応する加熱ピ
ンを含み、上記コアヤーンを形成する材料の一般
的引伸し率を実質的に越えない引伸し率で、上記
コアヤーンが引き伸ばされる、請求項1から4の
いずれか1つに記載の装置。 (6) 更に、上記セツトヤーンに後撚りを与える
撚糸手段を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1つ
