Abstract

PURPOSE:To broaden a degree of freedom in designing, and to offer inexpensive price by sandwiching and fixing a display body such as LED directly in a touch panel, and by electrically connecting a terminal of the display body and a wiring pattern of a wiring sheet together directly by the fixture. CONSTITUTION:A touch panel is composed of a displaying letter sheet 1, a contact sheet 2 for taking earth for the protection of a contact underneath and against electrostatic, a spacer 3 for insulation underneath, and a wiring sheet 5 on whose surface side a wiring pattern 4a is printed, all of them being integrated together by a double faced tape adhered on each reverse surface except for that of the wiring sheet 4. Between the spacer 3 and the wiring sheet 4, a display body 5 such as LED is sandwiched, so as to fix the display body 5 main body, and to electrically connect its terminal 5a and a wiring pattern part of the wiring sheet 4 together. The display body is thus directly integrated into a panel.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above configuration, the size of the separately installed printed board,
The display range is limited depending on the mounting position, and the operation and display pattern of the entire product, which is important from a design perspective, is restricted, making it difficult to create a thoughtful design.
There was a problem. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a wiring pattern of a wiring sheet that directly inserts and fixes a display body such as an LED within a touch panel, and that controls the terminals of the display body and the touch panel. and are directly electrically connected by the above-mentioned fixation.

The tanochi panel has a character sheet 1 to display, a contact sheet 2 that connects the contacts under it to ground to prevent static electricity, a spacer 3 for insulation under it, and a wiring pattern with a wiring pattern 4a printed on the front side. It is integrated with double-sided tape attached to the back of each sheet except wiring sheet 4. Then, a display body 5 such as an LED is sandwiched between the spacer 3 and the wiring sheet 4, and the display body 5 is fixed and the terminals 5a and the wiring pattern part of the wiring sheet 4 are electrically connected. Make the connection. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2A, a display stepped portion 1b is formed corresponding to the switch display portion 1a of the character sheet 1, and this portion is transparent because it is a window portion. Then, the display body 5 is fitted and positioned in this stepped part 1b,
Insert and secure with wiring sheet 4. In addition, as another method, as shown in FIG.
A part of the display body 5 is positioned there, and the lower step 5b of the display body 5 is inserted and fixed. Still another method is to cut out the character sheet 1, contact sheet 2, and spacer 3 according to the size of the display body 5, and fit the display body 5 thereto, as shown in FIG. Insert and secure terminal 5a with the wiring sheet. Here, it is desirable that the connection between the display body 5 and the wiring pattern portion 4a of the wiring sheet 4 be made in a criss-cross pattern as shown in FIG.

In addition, in order to improve the contact between the terminal 5a and the wiring pattern part 4a, the printed surface of the wiring pattern is roughened, and the terminal 5a
It is desirable to press that side to make it slightly uneven. Note that 2a and 3a in the figure are display body insertion holes into which the display body 5 is fitted. Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, since the display body of the present invention is directly integrated into the panel, it can be easily installed, has a greater degree of freedom in design, and can be provided at a lower cost. This has an excellent effect.
