These days, screens are often made of concrete blocks because they are easy to construct.
However, when such a screen was installed in a garden, there was a problem that the border of the garden did not match the plain concrete block screen, and the scenery of the garden was spoiled by the screen. Traditionally, the ivy is covered with ivy to cover the screen so that the greenery of the ivy does not spoil the landscape of the garden, but it takes time for the ivy to grow. It will take many years to cover the entire surface of the screen, and this is not a realistic solution. Another problem was that the concrete block screens mentioned above had a very hard surface, so children playing in the garden could run into them and get injured.

As shown in FIG. 1, the folding screen 1 is formed, for example, by stacking concrete blocks 6 or by pouring concrete. First, fiber mats 3 are applied to the surface of the screen 1 through gaps.
Tighten and install. The fiber mat 3 is formed by assembling a large number of intertwined fiber pieces and bonding them with an adhesive or the like, and the fiber pieces are recycled from waste tires such as automobile tires. However, it is preferable from the viewpoint of saving resources by recycling waste tires and being available at low cost. In other words, the tire cord for reinforcing the tire contained in the waste tire is separated from the scrap tire pieces obtained by cutting and crushing the scrap tire, and the fiber waste of the cut tire cord is used as fiber pieces. It is used. In addition to the above, it is also possible to use waste fiber scraps from textile factories as the fiber pieces. Further, as the adhesive for bonding the fiber pieces, it is preferable to use a urethane resin, especially a moisture-curable one-component urethane resin. When a one-component urethane resin is used as a bonding adhesive for fiber pieces in this way, since the one-component urethane resin has elasticity, it does not impair the cushioning properties of the mat, which is an aggregate of resin pieces, and In addition, it is easier to handle than overnight adhesives, and can be easily cured by simply supplying moisture. And fiber mats 3
In manufacturing, a moisture-curable one-component urethane resin solution is sprinkled onto fiber pieces obtained from waste tire pieces, and the mixture is kneaded until the fiber pieces are wetted with the one-component urethane resin. The product is placed in a mold having a release layer on the inner surface, and water is sprinkled onto the kneaded product to supply moisture. Then, after pressurizing the kneaded material, approximately 24
After curing for a period of time to foam and harden the one-component urethane resin, fiber pieces are bonded together with the one-component urethane resin.
After forming the fiber mat 3 with a thickness of about 3 cm, the fiber mat 3 is released from the mold. The fiber mat 3 is formed by intertwining and bonding fiber pieces, and is porous due to the voids between the fiber pieces.

Here, when using recycled waste tires as fiber waste for the fiber mat 3, it is inevitable that some rubber pieces will be mixed in when separating the fiber pieces from the scrap tire pieces, but some rubber pieces will be mixed in. There is no problem at all as long as the porosity due to the gaps between the fiber pieces is not inhibited, but it is preferable that an appropriate amount of rubber pieces be mixed in, since this improves the cushioning properties of the fiber mat 3. Further, it is preferable that the fiber mat 3 is provided with a large number of holes 12, 12, . Furthermore, when manufacturing the fiber mat 3 as described above, the anchor pieces 8 at the base of the bolt 7 are embedded in the fiber mat 3 as shown in FIG. A hole is made in the folding screen 1, a bolt 7 is passed through the hole, and a nut 9 is attached to the bolt 7 on the front and back of the folding screen 1.
9 are screwed together, the folding mat 3 is held between the nuts 9 and 9, and the fiber mat 3 is attached to the folding panel 1. In the same way, a large number of fiber mats 3 are attached as shown in Fig. 2. They are attached to the screen 1 with bolts 7 and nuts 9 in a state where they are arranged horizontally and vertically, so that the entire surface of the screen 1 is covered with the fiber mat 3. Next, the gap between the folding screen 1 and the fiber mat 3 is filled with powder, granular or fibrous filler with excellent water retention, such as perlite, other sponge layers, and fiber waste.
A water retaining layer 2 with a thickness of about cm is formed. When forming the water retaining layer 2 in this manner, grass seeds such as Western grass are mixed in the filler, and the grass seeds are filled between the folding sheet 1 and the fiber mat 3 at the same time as the filler. do. A water sprinkling pipe 11 having a large number of small holes is passed through the water retaining layer 2 and above the water retaining layer 2, so that water is supplied to the water retaining layer 2 from the water sprinkling pipe 11.

However, in the above case, lawn seeds are germinated by supplying moisture into the water retention layer 2 from the water sprinkler pipe 11, and when the lawn seeds germinate, fertilizer is injected into the water retention layer 2 to grow the lawn. let Then, the grown grass 5 extends to the surface of the fiber mat 3 through the holes 12, 12, etc. of the fiber mat 3 as shown in FIG. The lawn 5 is covered with a plant covering layer 4 consisting of a water retaining layer 2 and fiber pine 3.
will be planted. Here, the water-retaining layer 2 has good water-retaining properties, so it can supply moisture to the lawn 5 well, and the fiber pine 3, which also protects the water-retaining layer 2, is porous due to the voids between the fiber pieces. Therefore, the grass 5 has good air permeability, which allows the grass 5 to grow quickly and to prolong the life of the lawn 5 before it dies.

Note that if the water retaining layer 2 is formed of soil, soil becomes hard when it contains moisture, which is not preferable for the growth of the lawn 5. In addition, the grass 5 mainly appears on the surface of the fiber pine 3 through the holes 12;
The grass 5 passes through the gaps between the fibers of the fiber pine 3.
will show its face on the surface. Therefore, the seeds of the lawn 5 are planted in the fiber pine 3 and the fiber pine 3
It is also possible to allow the grass 5 to grow inside. In this case, seeds may be mixed into the fiber pieces when manufacturing the fiber mat 3. Even in this case, the water contained in the water retaining layer 2 is supplied into the fiber mat 3, and the grass 5 grows well, and there is no need to provide holes 12 in the fiber mat 3. Of course, the seeds of the lawn 5 may be planted in both the water retaining layer 2 and the fiber pine 3.
In addition, when attaching the fiber mat 3 to the folding screen 1, the bolts 7 are attached to the fiber mat 3 as shown in FIG.
The fiber mat 3 may be held between the bolt head 13 and the nut 9 by penetrating the fiber mat 3. In this case, a spacer may be inserted between the fiber mat 3 and the screen 1 to provide a space for forming the water retaining layer 2 while holding the fiber mat 3. In the above embodiment, grass was explained, but clover or the like can be used as the plant, and the surface of the screen 1 can be covered with various plants in the same manner as described above.

As described above, according to the present invention, plants are planted in the plant covering layer formed on the surface of the folding screen, which is made up of a water retaining layer and fiber pine, so that the surface of the folding screen is covered with plants. Therefore, even if the screen is a concrete block screen, the greenery of the plants will not spoil the landscape of the garden. Moreover, the water supply from the water-retaining layer, which has good water-retaining properties, allows plants to grow quickly, and the surface of the screen can be covered with plants in a short period of time. Furthermore, the cushioning effect of the plants and fiber pine prevents the person from colliding with a screen and getting injured. In the present invention, a fiber mat formed by collectively bonding fibers is stretched over the surface of a screen with a gap in between by passing bolts protruding from the back side of the mat through the screen and fixing it with nuts. By filling this gap with a water-retaining material and attaching water pipes to form a water-retaining layer, the fiber mat can be directly attached to the screen with bolts and nuts, and the water-retaining layer is not attached to the screen. It can be formed by filling the gap between the fiber mats with a water-retaining filler and attaching a water pipe, and it is not a screen that can be constructed by using the existing screen as it is or using normal construction methods. The fiber pine can be attached directly using the fiber pine as it is, so there is no need to form the screen into a special structure, and the plant covering layer formed by the water retaining layer and the fiber pine can be provided directly on the surface of the screen. This eliminates the need to put the water retaining layer and the fiber mat in a case and attach it to the screen, and it is possible to form a plant-covered layer on the surface of the screen with a simple structure.
