    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 赤外線を透過する窓材で開口部が閉鎖され、か
    つ密閉されたケース内に、前記窓材と相対して複
    数の赤外線検出素子が設けられ、かつ赤外線の所
    定の波長帯域を透過する前記赤外線検出素子と同
    数の光学フイルタが、窓材と各赤外線検出素子と
    の間に配置され、これらの複数の光学フイルタの
    各基板のすべてが、ＳｉまたはＧｅのいずれかで
    同厚さに形成され、かつ面一にして各端面で接着
    された赤外線検出器。
