Generally, when maintenance and inspection work is performed on group-controlled elevators, the elevator to be inspected is separated from the group, and the other elevators continue to be serviced as usual, in order to prevent service degradation as much as possible.

In this case, the hall call registration device such as the hall call button and hall call response light can be checked by actually operating the hall call button and confirming that the response light lights up, or by checking the hall call registration device such as the hall call button and the hall call answering light. This is done by confirming that the elevator is in service, but since the hall call button is common to each car, operating the hall call button for the above-mentioned inspection results in wasted calls, resulting in a decline in service to waiting passengers. This resulted in a waste of electricity due to unnecessary running. This state will be explained with reference to FIG.

Figure 1 shows the positional relationship between calls and cars when three elevators are installed in parallel in a building with eight floors. Unit 2 is stopped on the 1st floor, Unit 2 is running down the 7th floor, Unit 3 is stopped on the 6th floor and undergoing inspection,
4AD is the landing call button for the 4th floor descending direction, which has already been assigned to Unit 2, 6HU is the landing call button for the 6th floor ascending direction, and 6HD is the landing call button for the 6th floor descending direction.

In Fig. 1, each floor is inspected sequentially using an inspection basket, so for example, if you operate the hall call button 6HD in the descending direction to inspect the hall call registration device on the 6th floor, Unit 3 is under inspection. However, since this call is valid for Cars 1 and 2, it is assigned to Car 2 in this state. When the second car responds to this call and stops on the 6th floor, it is confirmed that the landing call registration device for the descending direction of the 6th floor is operating normally. However, Unit 2 ended up needlessly stopping on the 6th floor, leading to a decline in service. Similarly 6

Start running towards the floor. This allows you to confirm the operation of the landing call registration device in the upward direction of the 6th floor, but
Unit 1 ends up running wasted from the 1st floor to the 6th floor.

Therefore, when inspecting the hall call registration device, it may be possible to return the car being inspected to the group and check the door opening reversal function, etc., but after completing the inspection of the hall call registration device on the 6th floor. , if Unit 3 is separated from the group again to inspect the next floor, if a landing call on another floor has been assigned to Unit 3 during that time, it will be necessary to reassign that call. Before Unit 3 was separated from the group, it responded to the call and departed, jeopardizing subsequent inspection work.

The present invention is characterized by: a means for manually inputting an inspection command to inspect a landing call registration device; a means for setting a specific floor as an inspection floor when the inspection command is input; and a landing area on the inspection floor. A means for excluding a call from normal allocation processing while the inspection command is input is provided, so that even if a hall call registration device of an inspection floor is actually operated, the hall call is assigned to the elevator in operation. The point is that there is no such thing as

First, the group management controller SVM performs initialization processing in step 100, and then processes input signals from external devices in step 200.
Furthermore, in step 300, the status of each machine input via the communication bus X1 is recognized. step
The details of 400 are shown in FIG. 4, but since it is normally not in the inspection mode, the process proceeds from step 410 to step 460, and if there is a hall call, the most suitable car is selected from the group and the call is assigned. In step 500, an assignment signal is transmitted to each car, and in step 600, output positions such as setting and resetting of response lights are processed, and group management control is performed while repeating the above steps. now,
If you want to check the landing call registration device on the 6th floor while Unit 3 is stopped on the 6th floor during inspection, first check the
When the inspection switch S3 of the No. 1 machine is turned on, the group management control device SVM recognizes in the input processing at step S200 that the inspection switch S3 is turned on and the inspection mode is entered. This time, in step S400, since it is the inspection mode, the process proceeds from S410 to S420, and the 6th floor where the elevator being inspected, that is, the No. 3 car, is stopped, is set as the inspection floor. At this point it is still 6
The landing button on the floor is not pressed, so step S430
Proceed to S450 and set the response light lighting command. If a hall call occurs on another floor during that time, normal allocation processing is performed in step S460. The step takes place after receiving the command to turn on the response light.
At S600, a lighting signal is output, and the response lights on the 6th floor are lit in both the ascending and descending directions via the output interface. This allows us to confirm that the response lights on the 6th floor are out of order and that the output interface is operating. Next, when you press the landing button 6HU in the ascending direction of the 6th floor, the process advances from step S430 to S440, and the flashing command for the response light is set, and while the landing button 6HU is pressed,
The response light blinks due to the S500's output processing.
As a result, the operation of the hall button 6HU and the operation of the input interface can be confirmed, and since this call is excluded from the normal allocation process, each car will not respond to this call. The same applies when the hall call button 6HD in the descending direction is pressed. If a call occurs on another floor during this time, normal allocation processing is performed in S460, and normal group management control continues except for No. 3 car, which is under inspection. Inspection switch S
3 is turned off, the inspection mode is canceled and normal allocation processing is performed for hall calls on all floors.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably confirm the operation of the hall call registration device by actually operating the hall call button, and thereby it is possible to check the operation of the hall call registration device by actually operating the hall call button. does not have any influence, and therefore the hall call registration device can be inspected without deteriorating the service or wasting power.

In the above embodiment, the inspection command for the hall call registration device is issued by the inspection switch in the car, but any instruction that can be input manually may be used. Further, it goes without saying that the number of floors and the number of elevators are not limited to those in this embodiment, and other various modifications can be made without changing the gist of the present invention.
