あり、蓋が開いている状態を示す断面図、第４図
ａ〜ｃは、ヒンジピンの軸支する部分形状を変形
した例を示す各部分断面図、第５図〜第７図は、
それぞれ、従来のコンパクトケース組立構造を説
明するための各分解斜視図である。 図において、１……ケース本体、２……上部体
、２ａ……切欠部、２ｂ……回動空間部、３……
下部体、３ａ……切欠部、３ｂ……突出片、４…
…蓋、４ａ……突出部、４ｂ……ヒンジピン、５
……結着片、６……結着溝を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内容物を収納するための空間が設けられた
    ケース本体と、前記ケース本体に対して回動自在
    に取り付けられており、かつ前記ケース本体を閉
    成するための蓋とを備えるコンパクトケースの組
    立構造において、 前記ケース本体が下部体と該下部体上に結合さ
    れた上部体とを有し、 前記上部体及び下部体の後方中央部分に、それ
    ぞれ、切欠部が形成されており、 前記下部体及び上部体に設けられた切欠部のう
    ち、一方の左右側壁に回動空間部が形成されてお
    り、他方の切欠部には左右側部に突出片が形成さ
    れており、 前記蓋の後方中央部に突出部が形成されており
    、該突出部には左右側方に延びるヒンジピンが一
    体成形されており、 前記蓋のヒンジピンは、前記下部体と上部体と
    を結合した状態で前記回動空間部と前記突出片と
    で構成された軸受け部に挿入されていることを特
    徴とするコンパクトケースの組立構造。 (2) 前記回動空間部の断面形状が多角形である
    、請求項１に記載のコンパクトケースの組立構造
    。 (3) 前記下部体の側面には結着片が突出形成さ
    れており、前記上部体には該結着片が係合され得
    る結着溝が形成されており、下部体と上部体とを
    重ね合わせて圧接されることにより、前記結着片
    が結着溝に係合することにより、上部体と下部体
    とが結合されている請求項１に記載のコンパクト
    ケースの組立構造。 (4) 前記上部体と前記下部体とは、高周波接着
    により結合されている請求項１に記載のコンパク
    トケースの組立構造。
