Claims (1)
- 被検体に向けて電磁波を照射する導波管型アプ
リケータ内にスタブを挿入し、スタブの挿入長を
可変することによつて、被検体とアプリケータと
のインピーダンス整合をとるハイパーサーミア装
置において、少なくとも前記被検体からの反射波
電力を測定する測定手段と、前記アプリケータの
インピーダンスを調整する補助調整手段と、前記
測定手段の測定結果に応じて、反射波電力が少な
くなるように前記補助調整手段を制御する制御手
段とを備えたことを特徴とするハイパーサーミア
装置。
