(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the conventional technology, the weight of the stones is quite large, and the work of piling up the stones during on-site construction is hard labor, resulting in a decrease in work efficiency. There are problems such as disconnection of the joints, and even when attaching stone plates after constructing external fences, walls, etc. with concrete, the stone plates have to be attached one by one, resulting in problems with work efficiency. Furthermore, there were problems in that the stone plates were not durable, such as peeling off and falling off.

The present invention was made to solve the above problem. Mounting holes are formed in both the stone slab and the combined member in advance, and the stone plate and the combined member are connected using connecting members such as anchor bolts during construction on site. The stone slabs are connected to form a construction member, and after the construction members are laid, concrete is poured to improve work efficiency. Also, by connecting the stone slabs and the combined member with a connecting member, separation of the stone slabs is prevented. The purpose is to prevent falling off and ensure the durability of the structure.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention forms a combined member of a rectangular stone plate and a pair of rectangular thin plates using a stone plate or a concrete plate. A concave mounting hole is formed in both the mounting hole and the combined member, and an anchor bolt having a bulging plug at the tip is inserted into the concave part of both mounting holes, and a cylindrical open leg part surrounding this plug is inserted. A plurality of slits are formed in the length direction of the open leg part, and a plurality of slits are formed in both of the anchor bolts.
By screwing a nut into the threaded portions that have opposite threads and pulling the plug outward, the legs are opened, and the legs are pressed and fixed in the mounting holes, and turnbuckles are attached to both anchor bolts. It is characterized by being screwed together and connected in an adjustable manner.

(Function) To explain the function of the present invention with the above configuration,
At the construction site, a construction member is formed by fitting and fixing both ends or one end of the connecting member into the respective mounting holes of the stone slab and the combined member, and after this construction member is laid, concrete is poured between the stone slab and the combined member. This makes on-site construction easier and improves work efficiency. At the same time, since the stone slab and the combined member are connected by a connecting member, the stone plate will not easily peel off from the combined member, and the connection part will not be damaged easily. There is no problem of cutting.

In addition, by rotating the turnbuckle, you can not only adjust the distance between the stone plate and the combined member, but also by retracting the anchor bolt, the opening of the opening leg increases, and the opening leg is pressed into the mounting hole and fixed. Improves strength.

In Figures 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 is a stone plate polished on one side and cut into a rectangular predetermined size. Inside this stone plate 1, recesses 2a for two mounting holes 2 are provided in a U-shape. An anchor bolt 3 having threaded portions 3a formed with reverse threads on both sides is inserted and fixed into this mounting hole 2. As shown in FIG. 3, when the anchor bolt 3 is tightened with the nut 4, the open leg portion 5 having the slit 5a is opened by the plug 6, and is pressed and fixed into the mounting hole 2 (see FIG. 2). reference).

Reference numeral 7 denotes a rectangular combined member made of a concrete plate or a stone plate. In this combined member 7, an anchor bolt 3 is inserted into the recess 2a of the above-mentioned mounting hole 2, and by tightening a nut 4, an open leg portion 5 is installed. It is provided so that it is pressed and fixed. In addition, anchor bolts 3 may be embedded and fixed in the concrete plate 7 in advance at positions corresponding to the anchor bolts 3 fixed to the stone plate 1 when the concrete plate 7 is molded. Then, turnbuckles 9 are attached to these opposing anchor bolts 3, 3, respectively.
are screwed together, the turnbuckle 9 is rotated, the stone plate 1 and the concrete plate 7 are pulled together, the distance between them is adjusted, and the two are connected at a predetermined distance to form a construction member.

For example, when constructing an outer fence for a grave as shown in FIG. 4, soil will enter the inside of the fence, so a concrete plate 7 is used as the joining member for the stone plate 1. That is, as explained in the above configuration, a construction member (see Fig. 1) in which the stone plate 1 and the concrete plate 7 are connected by the anchor bolts 3, 3 and the turnbuckle 9 is laid, and the stone plate 1 and the concrete plate 7 are connected. Place concrete in between. As a result, not only the stone plate 1 and the concrete plate 7 facing each other, but also the respective construction members are integrally molded. As a result, no breakage occurs, and the stone plate 1 does not easily peel off due to the action of the connecting member of the anchor bolts 3, 3 and the turnbuckle 9. In addition, in the figure, 15 is a root stone, 12 is a top pin, 13 is a flagstone, and 14 is a main pillar.

In addition, when constructing a fence for a house, etc., the inside of the fence is also constructed of stone slabs, so after laying the construction member made by connecting the stone slabs 1 explained in the above structure to a predetermined length and a predetermined number of steps, the stone slab Concrete is poured between 1 and stone slab 1 to construct a fence. In this case, the wall can be reinforced by inserting thick reinforcing bars or several reinforcing bars between the stone plates 1 in advance.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, inexpensive and lightweight stone slabs and combined members are assembled at the construction site to form construction members, and after the construction members are laid, concrete is poured. , work efficiency is improved because it eliminates the hassle of piling up heavy stones or pasting stone slabs one by one as in the past.
Furthermore, since the stone plates are firmly fixed by the connecting member, there is no risk of the stone plates peeling off or falling off, and there is no possibility of any disconnection at the connecting portions, resulting in various effects such as excellent durability.
