ンタークーラ付きエンジンにおいて、 可変容量ターボ・チヤージヤとエンジンとの間
の給気通路に配設されたインタークーラと、 このインタークーラをバイパスするバイパス通
路と、 このバイパス通路に設けられていて、給気圧が
低いとき該通路を開放し、給気圧が高いとき該通
路を閉塞する、給気圧で作動させられるバイパス
切換弁と、 エンジンの回転数を検知するエンジン回転数セ
ンサと、 エンジンの負荷を検知する負荷センサと、 エンジンが少なくとも高回転・低負荷の状態に
置かれたとき、上記バイパス切換弁が上記バイパ
ス通路を開放するように給気圧を下げる向きに上
記可変ターボ・チヤージヤを制御する制御信号を
出力するコントロール・ユニツト とを備えたことを特徴とするインタークーラ・タ
