[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a loom, and is intended to improve processes in textile factories.

〔従来の技術〕[Conventional technology]

製織直後の布地が無疵のものであることは稀で

It is rare for a fabric immediately after weaving to be free of defects, and in many cases it has weaving defects such as thread breakage, woven structure collapse, or weaving cuts.

このため製織直後の布地は検査補修工程に運ば

For this reason, the fabric immediately after weaving is sent to an inspection and repair process to inspect and repair fabric defects.

ところで、布地一反(通常50m)当たりの織疵

By the way, the number of weaving defects per roll of cloth (usually 50m) is not as large as that shown on the left, and is only detected in a few places.
Therefore, the inspection is performed by moving the fabric on an inspection table at a speed much faster than the weaving speed and visually observing the entire moving fabric.

〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕[Problem that the invention attempts to solve]

検査補修工程の作業員には、上記の通り高速移

As mentioned above, workers in the inspection and repair process are required to have exceptional attentiveness and visual acuity to instantly detect flaws on the surface of fabrics that move at high speed.

However, there is a limit to the extent to which such a high level of ability is required of the workers, and therefore there is a limit to how quickly the inspection and repair process can be speeded up, and inspection errors may often occur.

However, in order to prevent inspection errors, when a fabric flaw is discovered during the weaving process, the flaw is often indicated on the edge of the fabric where the flaw is located using a check mark or other means. Flaw markings added during the process tend to disappear during the transshipment process during which the fabric is transported to the inspection and repair process.

On the other hand, in order to avoid leaving any traces of repair on the fabric, it is desirable to avoid displaying obvious flaws that are difficult to erase.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to eliminate the need for obvious flaw indications that are difficult to erase, eliminate inspection errors, streamline inspection and repair work, and prevent traces of weave flaws from remaining on the fabric after repair. The purpose is to make you feel like you.

The loom according to the present invention is constructed as described above, and as a result: (1) The loom and inspection and repair can be performed in the same process, so that the weaving process and the inspection and repair process can be performed in the same process. This eliminates the need for unloading and reshipping of fabrics, which shortens and streamlines the production process.

(2) Even if the weaving speed is slower than the running speed of the fabric 15 on the inspection table 13, it is sufficient to inspect it every time a certain amount of fabric 15 accumulates on the dancer roll 14, and the unbalance of the speed during that time can be adjusted. As one worker goes around several looms, a certain amount of fabric 15, 15' is accumulated and placed on the dancer roll 14.
Since it is only necessary to inspect and repair the fabrics 15, 15' of the loom on which the alarm lamp is lit when the loom has been lowered to the lowest position, the labor required for inspection and repair can be saved.

(3) Since inspection and repair can be carried out at the same time as the loom, inspection errors for weaving defects found during weaving can be eliminated, and there is no need to mark such defects in a particularly indelible manner. It disappears.

(4) As shown in the embodiment, the cloth take-out device 12, the inspection table 13, and the dancer roll 14 are provided at the rear of the loom main body, and the cloth take-out device 11 is installed in parallel with two looms back to back, with a passage between them. You can manage two looms at the same time.
