持しているものであつて、加工材の加工曲面yと
踏圧曲面成形パツドPtの踏圧曲面Pt′が雌雄の関
係で合致しないときは、摺動子cを上下動し、又
は移動片fを前後動し、あるいはベルトフレーム
hを軸子gを中心として揺動する等、三元の調節
装置により調節しているもので、装置が大型にな
るばかりでなく、調節に時間が掛り、しかも熟練

前記の支持曲面20に密着する突曲面27を設
け、さらに該型ホルダー26の裏面から突出させ
た螺杆31を前記の透孔22に上下揺動自由に通
し、滑り曲面21の裏面に突出する螺杆31に該
滑り曲面21に締付ける締付ナツト37を螺合し

レーム19の前面に、前記踏圧パツドの高さ方向
の中心付近の仮想中心Oを中心とする高さ方向の
支持曲面20に密着する突曲面27を設け、その
突曲面27から突出する螺杆31をパツド支持フ
レーム19に形成した透孔22から裏面に突出
し、その螺杆31に螺合した締ねじ37を、前記
の支持曲面20と同心に形成された該フレーム1
9の滑り曲面21に締めつけているので、一旦微
調整が終わつた踏圧パツドを、研削作業中に自由
に移動させることはなく、また締ねじ37を緩め
ると、螺杆31を操作のみで前記の突曲面27を
パツド支持フレーム19の前面の支持曲面20の
曲面に倣つて正確に移動し、前記した微調整を施
し得るからサンデイングベルト14による加工材
曲面の強制切削を安定させることができると共
に、目的とする微調整を簡易に施し得る効果をも
