【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、射出成型金型を用いて加工されるパ
ネル部材と合成樹脂部材との複合容器に関するも

つ上記パネル部材が一枚のブランクシートで底板
と胴部とを形成していることを特徴とする複合容

る。パネル部材１のブランクシートは第２図に示
すように、底板５を中央に、その両翼に胴部４，
４及び胴部３，３が連設されている。従来、単な
る円筒形或いは円錐台形用のブランクシートはあ
るが、かゝる複雑な形状のものはなかつた。本考
案の複合容器は射出成型金型の雌雄金型の間隙部
分に、あらかじめ上記ブランクシートを挿入して
おき、溶融樹脂を上記間隙に射出成型するもので
ある。本考案のブランクシートは、特に一枚物に
なつているので、挿入は容易であり上記工程で特
に不都合なことは生じない。ブランクシートは可
撓性のパネル部材からなる。両面に樹脂ライニン
グされた板紙を用いることが多い。金型内にセツ
トするために可撓性が要求される。プラスチツク
シート、メタルシートなどを用いることも出来
る。胴部の上縁部６は、蓋の取り付け、容器胴部
の強度補強などを目的として設けられるが、図の
形状に限られるものではない。又、省略してもよ

の台形の胴部１１とが放射状に切欠の入つた円板
で形成され、その両翼に円筒形の胴部１２が連接
して構成され、容器の胴部は前記円弧状の台形の
胴部１１と円筒形の胴部１２の２つの形体から構
成されている。本考案は上記形状に限定されるも
のではない。断面形状が角、あるいは複雑な曲線
からなるもの、あるいはそれらの組合わせも含
