に基ずいて説明するに、図中1は振動板全体を示

案においては振動板本体2は抄造されたコーン紙
であり、逆抄造によりコーン紙に断面山形状の補
強リブ3が一体成型され、そしてその開口面に平
板状の補強シート4が貼着される。この場合、補
強リブ3と補強シート4とによつて形成される断
面三角形状は第4図に示す如く、 l0>l1=l2 t1=t2 の関係にあるようにすれば、力学的に最もその耐
圧強度が大となる。また、補強リブ3の両端にも
テーパー5を形成するがよく、この場合の角度も
上記補強リブ3の角度に一致させるのが望まし
い。補強シート4は何等特別の成型を必要としな
いからその材質は任意である。なお、上記した振
動板本体2は抄造コーン紙の例を示したが、各種
材料繊維の抄造シートをプレス成型してもよいこ
とは勿論である。図中6はエツジである。

グ率の高いものを用いることができ、リブへの補
強をより高めることができる。
