て80〜90℃の蒸気を注入し、加熱養生をすること

率を高めて量産をし、コストダウンをすることが

作 用

滴はこの防止板1によつて受け止められ、コンク

下防止板1は前記のように合成樹脂製で熱容量が
小さいため、養生の開始直後には金型11,12
のように冷えていることがなく、したがつて水滴

実施例

ほぼ中心線に沿つて長孔6が設けられ、また屈曲
板部5は金型2上のスペーサ15に被嵌して係合
するような形状となつている。平板状本体1には
長孔6に対向する位置に透孔が設けられ、この透
孔及び長孔6を貫通するボルトナツト7によつて
両部材2,3は結合され、その際支持具3の屈曲
板部5のスペーサ15に対する位置調整が長孔6

受け止められて、金型開口部から外部へ露出して
いるコンクリートの上部に落下することがなくし
たがつて落下する水滴によつてコンクリートの上
部に凹部が形成されることがなくて外観上すぐれ
ているだけでなく、強度上もすぐれたコンクリー
ト製品をうることができる。また、合成樹脂製か
らなつているので、軽量で、耐久性に富み、かつ
