心孔から突出自在な接触ピンの先端部が、接触ピ
ンの後端部と中心孔の底部との間に介在させた圧
縮コイルばねによつて、リングの軸部端側を閉塞
し且つリングと一体回転するシールド板の回転中
心に対して圧接されており、上記リング、シール
ド板、接触ピン、圧縮コイルばね及び接地装置本
体が、導電性の材料からなることを特徴とする接
