置において、前記固定軸の前記先端近傍の外周に
一体化されたフランジ部と、このフランジ部の周
囲を取囲むように前記回転ドラムと一体化された
スリーブと、前記フランジの前記第１のスラスト
軸受とは反対の側に固定された第２のスラスト軸
受と、この第２のスラスト軸受を前記フランジ部
に向かう方向へ弾性的に押しつけ、一端を前記ス
リーブの内壁に配置した弾性手段とを有すること
