いて、 シンクロナイザを有しないメインシヤフトと、
このメインシヤフトの回転数を検出するメインシ
ヤフト回転センサと、 クラツチの回転数を検出するクラツチ回転セン
サと、 カウンタシヤフトに回転自在に支持されていて
、メインシヤフトに固定された減速ギヤに噛み合
う減速用ギヤと、 カウンタシヤフトに回転自在に支持されていて
、メインシヤフトに固定された増速ギヤに噛み合
う増速用ギヤと、 上記減速用ギヤと増速用ギヤの間のカウンタシ
ヤフトに固定されたシンクロ用ギヤと、 上記シンクロ用ギヤに常時噛み合つていて、上
記減速用ギヤに噛み合う減速位置、上記増速用ギ
ヤに噛み合う増速位置、何れのギヤにも噛み合わ
ない中立位置に選択的に位置させられるシンクロ
用スリーブと、 このシンクロ用スリーブを上記何れかの位置に
移動させるシンクロ用アクチユエータと、 上記チエンジレバー・ユニツトから目標変速位
置信号が出力されたとき、上記メインシヤフトの
回転数Nmと上記クラツチの回転数Ncを比較し
