ンスミツシヨンに伝達し、車両の運転状態を検知
する手段からの各信号により上記トランスミツシ
ヨンのアクチユエータを作動してシフトチエンジ
するようにしたセミオートマチツク変速機におい
て、マニユアルでリバースを含む各シフトチエン
ジを指定できるシフトタワーと自動シフト指定を
行なうオートスイツチを設け、上記オートスイツ
チがオンされたとき上記シフトタワーのリバース
を除く各シフト指定ポジシヨンがオートシフトレ
ンジとなるように制御する制御部を備えたことを
