Claims (1)
- 油圧ポンプから油圧アクチユエータへ圧油を供
給する流路内に設けられ、設定流量に応じて流路
を開閉する流量制御弁であつて、設定流量分を流
出させ、残りはバイパス流路から油圧源側へ返還
することによりほぼ設定流量を維持する第１の流
量制御機構と、第１の流量制御機構における負荷
圧力等の変動によつて流量が増加した際の変化分
をバイパス流路によつて油圧源側へ返還する第２
の流量制御機構を設けたことを特徴とする流量制
御弁。
