産業上の利用分野 本考案は電熱器具に関するものであつて、特に
上面に熱板を有し、該熱板上にマグカツプやテイ
ーサーバー等を載置して保温する電熱器具に関す
るものである。 従来の技術 従来この種の電熱器具は、中央部に開口を形成
した枠体の上部に熱板を取付け、その熱板の下面
に電熱ヒーターを取付け、されに前記枠体の下部
を底体でカバーしたものであつた。そして枠体の
開口から露出した熱板の上にマグカツプやテイー
サーバー等を載置し、これを保温するようになつ
ている。 考案が解決しようとする問題点 ところでこの種の電熱器具においては、全体の
形状をできるだけ薄く低いものとすることが望ま
れ、これを卓上に置いた際に、器具の底面と卓面
との間に充分な間隔をとることができない。その
ため、使用中に器具が熱せられると、底面からの
輻射熱によつて卓面が熱せられ、かなりの高温に
なる。底体とヒーターとの間に遮熱板等を設けて
遮熱することも行われているが、効果は充分でな
かつた。 本考案はかかる事情に鑑みなされたものであつ
て、極めて遮熱効果の高い底体の構造を提供する
ことを目的とするものである。 問題点を解決する手段 而して本考案は、電熱ヒーターの下方に空所を
介して下面に脚を突設した合成樹脂の底体で覆
い、該底体の下面に光沢のある金属板を貼りつ
け、底体の上面には金属製の遮熱板を設けたこと
を特徴とするものである。 以下本考案を図面に従つて説明する。図面にお
いて1は電熱器具本体であつて、底体2の周囲に
枠体3が一体に形成され、浅い凹所4が形成され
た略皿状となつており、底体2の外周部下面には
脚15が突設されている。また枠体3の一部には
張出し部5が形成され、該張出し部5は裏面が開
いてコード収納部6が形成され、その裏面はは底
カバー7で覆われている。 8は熱板である。該熱板8は上面が平面であつ
て、裏面には電熱ヒーター9及びヒーター押え板
10が取付けられており、前記電熱器具本体1上
に載置されて凹所4を覆い、ビス12で本体1に

8の裏面に密着させている。そしてヒーター押え
板10と底体2との間には、電熱器具本体1の凹

の電熱器具に限られるものではなく、炊飯器、電
気鍋、ホツトプレート等の電熱調理器や、その他
の電熱ヒーターを有する器具に使用することもで
きるものである。 作 用 而して本考案においては、電熱ヒーター9で発
した熱は大部分は熱板8を加熱するが、一部は熱
輻射として、また他の一部は凹所4内の空気の熱
伝導及び対流により、底体2に伝えられる。さら
に熱は底体2を伝導して金属板14に伝わるが、
金属板14からの熱輻射が極めて小さく、僅かに
金属板14と卓面との間の空気の熱伝導及び対流
のみによつて卓面に伝わるが、金属板14と卓面
との間の空間は外部に対して開放されており、常
時空気が流通しているので、この部分における空
気の熱伝導及び対流による卓面への熱の伝達は少
く、卓面が過度に熱せられることがない。 なお、後述する実験例において述べるように、
本考案の構造によれば、底体2及び金属板14が
それぞれ個別に有する遮熱作用を、単に湊合した
以上の効果を示しており、両者間に何等かの相乗
作用があるものと思われるが、その作用について
は不明である。 考案の効果 本考案によれば、電熱器具を卓上で使用して
も、卓面の温度が過度に上昇することがなく、電
熱器具の底面と卓面との間隔を小さくしても安全
であり、全体の形状を充分に薄いものとすること
ができる。 実験例 本考案の効果を確認するために、以下の実験を
行つた。 実験に使用するために、図面に示す形状の電熱
器具本体1を用意し、これに電熱ヒーター9及び
ヒーター押え板10を重ねた熱板8を取付けて電
熱器具を組立てた。底体2の厚みは2.5〜6.5mmで
あり、底体2の下面と卓面との間隔は10mmとし
た。電熱ヒーター9の消費電力は25wであり、ヒ
ーター押え板10と底体2との間隔を8.5〜12.5
